Theatre and a library, San Miniato The task was to rethink a limited space of two parking lots that were on different levels with street passing in between. They were situated in the city’s historic center. The goal was to incorporate buildings in a way to occupy as much space as they could of two lots, to get a historic blend with modern facades. The two buildings were connected with an elevated bridge, so one could easily go from one to the other.

Social Co-Housing, Florence We had to design a socially aware residential complex. The complex had to satisfy social needs of its residents and to revive social interactions. Besides the residential building, the project contains a swimming pool with a gym, place for hobbies, canteen, and a kindergarten.

My solution was to place different services in three separate buildings, in a way to create courtyard, that seems private but in the same time public. The residential building has a posterior open corridor and most of the apartments has two levels and a balcony that faces the courtyard.

Sailing club, Forte dei Marmi The idea for a new sailing club was to make a big supporting structure where one could store boat during the winter. Therefore, we made a steel grid structure for boats and applied the same idea to the one with the premises of the club, only on a different scale. We designed the premises as container-like boxes that are appended on the supporting steel structure as birdcages. We made the chair in real-life scale as the part of the project, it is as well appended as the main structure of the project, and it is adjustable.

University, Olympic area of London The idea was to create the continuous square shape of university that blends nicely with surrounding Olympic structures. The facades that are oriented towards inside courtyard are transparent and give a sense of openness and connectivity with a yard, where the ones that faces outside are narrow and almost none existing. The semipublic library that is the strongest part of the project gives it a touch of monumentality.

Narrow House The problem to solve was a width of only five meters, so I prolong the house. I divided it in two parts with the inside courtyard, so it gives a light to all indoor spaces. Supporting structure is a complicated wooden frame that creates difference between inside and outside. Looking it from the outside, it seems that the house has three instead of two levels.

Agro-Housing, Florence Innovative residential complex in the city of Florence. The idea, of combining urban space with growing fruits and vegetables, took us toward overhead gardens. On a level above semipublic green space, we have created connected gardens with lightweight bridges. Every apartment has its own area of cultivating land. Rooftops are semiopen terraces, a traditional Tuscan element.

Phillips Exeter Academy Library, Louis Kahn Some renders from a 3D animation of a famous Library by Louis Kahn, we showed how is constructed from basic elements to the colorful brick faรงade and monumental inside spaces. https://1drv.ms/v/s!AjWGQpWT7 Fn1j3NEb9EZfrtHMmcis!AjWGQp WT7Fn1j3NEb9EZfrtHMmci

Redevelopment of an area of Borca in Belgrade The main goal of the thesis is to introduce a concept of Co-Housing to the population of Belgrade, and whit it try to answer to some of difficulties of today living and constructing residential blocs. The project consist of residential buildings, one shared social structure and two edifices for education.
