Cut Down Stress For a healthy life, it’s very important to reduce stress. You can't control the cause of your stress, but you can find ways to ease the impact. You can try Meditation, Yoga, Exercise, Massage, Deep breathing. Lose Weight When you lose weight, you lower your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer. Try to lose 1-1.5 pounds a week by eating right and being physically active.
