According to American Cancer Society report, a vegetables and fruits rich diet has been linked to the reduction of cancer.


3. Healthy Weight According to experts healthy weight lower the risk of various types of cancer, including breast cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, brain cancer, colon and kidney cancer. Maintaining healthy weight is very important for fighting against brain cancer, physical activity like running, and cardio can help you control your weight and lower the risk of cancer.
