Consciousness and Mother Nature We pick up some handy/powerful fimbulrúnir

Óðsmál - Freyjukettir 2015 ISBN 978-9935-467-50-8

How to think from the powerful sphere of gods and goddesses, deeper than Mother Nature ? From here we control everything flawlessly We only need purity ! And how do we become pure enough ? How do we imbibe fimbulrúnir ? Where are these fimbulrúnir to be found ? - And - why should we go into the trouble of looking for them ? 3

Human nervous system, slippery Sleipnir, is the vehicle to Ásgarður (ás-garður) to Hnitbjörg (hnit-björg) to tívatún, ragnasjöt, (tíva-tún, ragna-sjöt) which is the sphere of Laws of Nature, sphere of gods. Sleipnir is our vehicle to lognfara lundur Barri (the windless calm grove Barri) -- barr (the noun) means needles of coniferous evergreens, and barr (as an adjective) means: ready for, prepared to do --

In the guise of a worm, í ormslíki (orms-líki), through worm-holes, we glide into the innermost, as Bölverkur.

(Bölverkur is Óðinn - we)

Bölverkur (böl-verkur) is he who perforates, and slips through wormholes to transcend Mother Nature, to pure consciousness. Our beloved body, and our beloved Nature, are easily penetrated (--when we have the easy and natural technique to transcend--). 4

__________________ Beloved Nature - we see Her

__________________ Gungnir She is

________________________ She hides from our eyes the invisible Reality inside

By-the-eye-visible Nature hides, as a veil, Reality, ginnungagap. Hides from our eyes our own pure consciousness. That which we are. We perceive vibrations, Gungnir, strings, not really any real ´stuff´.

Nature seems,

to our brain, to be something real, visible, tangible. We assume Her to be real stuff - so She exists for real but She is our own virtual making by attention ! We create out of Gungnir by our attention ! We activate matter by injecting consciousness into it! Without conscious being behind matter, matter´s tendency is to increase disorder. 5

within all that our eyes see, is That which we do not see ______________________________________________________________ All that imagined stuff is surface values, superficial dance only. We should know that only ginnungagap is. We do not see It. (--on the picture (above) there are phenomena we know: Urður Verðandi Skuld, Óðinn Vili Véi, þursamegir III, Fenrir, jötnar, valkyrja, -- all of them belonging to life on earth--) Leading, inevitably, to an un-answered question: -What is life on earth for? I shall explain: -Our life on earth has a purpose: To reach Valhöll fully alive. Valhöll (val-höll) is the goal of our spiritual evolution. Do we know? No: we do not know, as we are not taught the purpose and goal of life. 6

Valhöll means to return home where we belong. That is to become enlightened. This is the purpose and goal of human life. Living Valhöll, we act and think from the most profound sphere. Here we master fimbulrúnir - which are mighty, powerful, always correct, always flawless as are the Laws of Nature, as are the gods who preside over them. (--Note: Laws of Nature are not the same as man-made laws--)

Óðsmál is educational material on this vital knowledge. We shall learn to nýsa niður (--transcend the sphere of thought--) to really understand. (-Has to be transcendental. Not exercise in the realm of thought.-) Brain-exercises like contemplation, concentration, mindfulness, prayers, emotions, on the sphere of thought, do NOT lead us to transcending thought. Such practices might be strain on the brain only. Be careful.

Do not try to reach pure consciousness by striving or imagining. We do not transcend thought by banning the mind to think. Concentration, contemplation, relaxation, waiting for, expecting is on the sphere of thoughts. and keeps the mind in the sphere of thought. So - still another question: What is the sphere of thoughts? 7

Is there something else? Something that is beyond thought? Have we ever thought about that? Or rather: into that? Do we only know sleep and thoughts? (--dreams are thoughts--) Does our education ever touch on the sphere of life beyond thought, away from the duality of the world and opposites in life ? Pure consciousness. The Reality of all there is. No. It does not. We live life, exclusively, in the sphere of thoughts. Now we should know something about thoughts: We have thoughts on surface level, weak and shallow, but from deep levels of mind we enjoy more powerful thoughts. Thoughts on the surface level of mind are volatile. They lack profundity, lack their base

Consciousness

Ginnungagap

Thoughts that have their power from the unknown Field beyond/within thoughts - are powered by fimbulrĂşnir. We need that profound level of thinking to be influential. 8

The trouble is that we do not find that deeper level. (--Do not even know about it.--) We should be taught how to contact the origin of all, our own consciousness. We should be taught how to imbibe fimbulrĂşnir ďƒ as knew our forefathers long long ago. Their science of life is all here for us, only: we are too stupid to understand. We live on the surface of life all the time all our life. We might not even know about any profundity of mind, and the less we know of ginnungagap - that which we are. We might speak about thought-power, power of thoughts, but not all thoughts are powerful - believe me. Their power depends upon the profundity of the thinker. Surface thoughts are like flickering waves on the ocean,

_________________________________________________________________ while powerful thoughts come from the unfathomable abyss within When we live the most powerful sphere of life, gap ginnunga, then - and only then - do we have real fimbul-power. 9

That sphere beyond thought, beyond time and space, we can easily contact, and naturally  because mind is all the time searching for it. We do not know what it is we are always looking for. Mind is pure bliss by its very nature. Mind is always looking for its own origin: Pure bliss -Why do we not know all this? -We are not told, not taught, as no-one seems to know nowadays. We know thoughts, for sure, but, sorry to say, only the shallow ones. Our blindness is due to impurities, tröll, layers of ignorance. Our forefathers owned the great science of consciousness we shall have to rediscover their profound science

We need an easy natural technique to transcend. We shall go beyond the thinking level to the source of thought. Here we gain nourishment, harmony, clarity of mind, and here, in the origin of thought, we imbibe the pure knowledge by which the whole universe is run. Here is the abode of our gods. Origin of the Laws of Nature. We go within, we transcend Nature, we transcend thought.  Our forefathers knew. - Call it to nýsa niður, (´´nose down´´) and here to pick up and imbibe powerful fimbulrúnir. (Hávamál) 10

-- Good to use the TM-technique, a natural and easy technique. Research by the hundreds is carried out for TM. (see: tm.org) Millions have learned it, doctors recommend it. Delightful. The TM-technique for transcending, effortlessly and naturally, makes use of the natural tendency of the mind - which is to seek bliss and find bliss. The supreme bliss is only to be found within. We give mind the chance to find it. Mind is always seeking bliss. Do we know this? Mind, by its own nature, always moves towards happiness. Only: A crude mind does not know where to find the eternal bliss. Our senses bring a bunch of material happiness to the mind. We do not know that all that material delight is not the real bliss, not the eternal bliss - not that which mind is seeking. How can we know when we are not told. not taught?

We are consciousness, all of us ร รฐinn on vingameiรฐur is we humans naturally and easily transcending the sphere of thought. 11

The best thing we can do on our spiritual path is to live ginnungagap within - I myself given to myself and here to re-set the mind to its due divine perfection. This we do when we want to be powerful - each one of us and create a perfect world. (-- world is ver-öld, man’s life-span.--) It is from here that we create a perfect Nature. We shall learn to understand our spiritual purpose and once known - then learn how we reach our goal of life. * To begin with, we understand intellectually. On the sphere of thought, rational human thinking level, (--we study Óðsmál--) * Then we also understand by experience. Nýsa niður, go beyond. We shall have to learn transcendental meditation to easily and naturally let go of thought. Has to be transcendental. Not methods keeping mind on the surface level of thinking.

When correctly practicing, we give mind a chance to settle (--has to be learned properly, no effort--): Thought naturally becomes faint mind, by its own nature, moves towards the bliss within 12

our ego expands to infinity of Glaðheimar to live pure Reality, pure consciousness, pure Iðavellir, the ever-moving Field of pure consciousness. When mind naturally settles -- naturally, by its own nature -it has the chance to find what it is always looking for: bliss. Once found, our ego expands to infinity. Transcending is automatic, once we learn how to give mind the chance to find what it seeks. -What is mind seeking? -Happiness. All the time seeking happiness. Actually pure bliss. We learn how to slide, slip, glide, effortlessly, on Sleipnir (human nervous system) into the sphere of the gods and goddesses; gods, rögn, regin, tívar, díar, who preside over Natural Law. We _here_ live the sphere of Total Natural Law, we live here the origin, the fountainhead, of the Laws of Nature. From here Nature emerges, from here we create powerfully. And always right.  This creative power is what our forefathers term as: fimbulrúnir Dwelling here - living pure consciousness is the powerful state of man. Pure consciousness. Here is the origin of Nature and all Her attributes. 13

Nature, actually is but an idea, yet She is perceived by our senses. We claim to hear feel see taste smell as for real. Make Her real. The senses bring Gungnir to the brain, the brain makes a world. Do we know this by now? Or do we not yet understand this? Our senses register höfuðskepnur (höfuð-skepnur) the 5 elements)) the worldly vibrational modes (Gungnir):

© Dr John Hagelin

Senses perceive ´´so-called´´ stuff - we are chasing fake stuff all the time. Our senses always try to please mind by bringing vibrations to it. Our senses try to please mind´s insatiable thirst for happiness. Mind seeks happiness, yet, not knowing where it is to be found. Our senses do not perceive the greatest happiness within. They search ´´out there´´ - search dutifully, all the time. Perception is, exclusively, what the senses are made for. Their job. Do we know that bliss is not to be found in ´´stuff´´? 14

Our 5 senses do not perceive ginnungagap, our 5 senses do not perceive pure consciousness. They cannot find Glaðheimar for us, lovely as senses are, though. But ! - we do have a highly evolved human nervous system which we can purify and use as a vehicle to our innermost Ásgarður (ás-garður), and thereby to Glaðheimar (glað-heimar). -- Note: glad means happy and it means wide; this is the sphere of infinite width and infinite gladness, bliss, and Glaðheimar are to be found within. Not ´´out there´´.--

Valkyrja (val-kyrja) serves us in the most natural act of transcending home to Ásgarður, Sleipnir is the one who glides, slips, slides, as if slippery, effortlessly, without any resistance or obstacle, from the realm of thoughts, through the imagined created Nature and carries us (almost) to the realm of the gods, Ásgarður which is the transcendental field of Total Natural Law. We should go there twice-daily. 15

This act is purifying. We rid ourselves of tröll (ignorance).  This is the only action which does not bind man. Sleipnir is our marvellous vehicle -- when purified and sleek. An untamed pony is of little use, so we purify our nervous system. Every time we transcend, we purify our mind and the whole human physiology, including our physical human Sleipnir. We are laying the bridge Bifröst - leading to Valhöll the goal of our life - fully alive: enlightenment.

-But what is our valkyrja?  -She is sacrifice personified, fórn personified. (Fórn means what is brought, verb færa (to bring as a gift to the feast).) Do not let personifications blind your intellect. They are tricky. We are not talking about guys and dolls. These are powers and phenomena personified. Valkyrja is an action, an act. Service to supreme transcending. -And what do we sacrifice in this context of transcending? 16

 -Ourselves. No stuff, no Gungnir. Self to Self, I given to Óðinn. We only sacrifice our thought, our mind, bring ourselves. So doing we expand our ego to infinity. Note: To sacrifice some worldly vibrations of Nature (called stuff), is not what this I given to myself is all about. That intangible ´´no-stuff´´ has not much bearing as a fórn (vibrations/stuff brought as a gift to the feast; are of meagre value). Symbolic profound rites should, though, be understood. Performed in pure consciousness of pure men. Do we know:  We accept, and we take and take of Nature´s bounty, but do not give back. Thus we are mere thieves. Egoistic brats. Bart Simpson saying grace at the dinner-table: -Thank thee for nothing, God, as we paid for the food ourselves. Thinking (murmuring) thanks/grace is only on the verbal level, and at best on level of sincere thoughts and emotions. However intense, they are all-worldly and might lack profundity. Thoughts, emotions, words are a part of the worldly package. Unfortunately, that package is all we have been taught about. Here education seems to come to end. We should know better: Ginnungagap has been left out. They never taught us that. We know by now that there is a huge difference between thought on the superficial level, and thoughts from the source of thought, pure consciousness: 17

out there is the surface level of thinking

in here the unseen source of thought, pure consciousness Thoughts from the source of thought /from pure consciousness, are powerful. The baseless thoughts on the surface level are not. We do not get to know the Field of Pure Consciousness unless we learn to nýsa niður, transcend the realm of usual volatile thoughts. Nýsa niður is to go beyond/peep within realm of thoughts. We support and nourish Nature and Her divine Laws ONLY by going beyond Nature, Her vibrations, nýsa niður to the origin of Nature, the origin of the created. We transcend created Nature to the source of the created, we transcend visible Nature to the sphere of Total Natural Law, the sphere of the gods, who preside over the Laws of Nature, Ásgarður, - the ´´garden of Æsir´´. Note: Laws of Nature have nothing in common with laws written by men.

-- repetition, I know, and emphasis. But these are main points. 18

Transcending is the way to become a self-realized man, which happens to be the purpose of life. Only, we do not know. When we are stable in the Self, everything is achieved in a way that is simple and automatic - and is only evolutionary. Here, we think and act from The Perfection. Enlightened we perceive Nature´s Gungnir, - and - we perceive ginnungagap, pure knowledge, all possibilities, our Iðavellir (ever moving Field). Nothing is but ginnungagap - yet we have terms for things. An unenlightened man sees only the flickering vibrations, phenomena he speaks of as Nature, a world, a universe. Understandably, all the Gungnir of Nature is but ginnungagap. Nothing tangible. The body of the great goddess is made of strings.  Different vibrational modes only. 

Gungnir is so unstable by nature that even observing some phenomena has effects on Gungnis behaviour.  The observer affects the observed.  Our attention changes Gungnir. Attention creates a world !! It also shapes our brain. We handle our weapon Gungnir by refined attention. And if we want our creations to be worth something, we work from the source of thought. 19

And know: we are ginnungagap; we are pure consciousness, even when one lives as an individual in our body - which, as we by now should know, is made of these vibrations. We now also see how easily we can penetrate our body: ďƒ our body is mere intangible vibrations - out of which we make it, make it all the time, all our life-span. We are changing our body all the time by attention. What we pay attention to creates our body. Here is a good question: -And why would we, over and over again, be going into that trouble of being born, make a body to live in? We have to know why we chose to be born, know what we are doing here (what we ought to be doing here). The purpose and goal of life is not taught in schools unfortunately . 20

-- Actually, it is not taught in our societies -but we can learn it f.ex. from Óðsmál.

--Note: Of utmost importance is to know, and really understand: Nothing is but ginnungagap. All silence and dynamism. Sound emerges from silence. The universe is but sounding vibrations, Ymir (the sounding).  Be careful not let personifications lead thee astray from the meaning. A huge sound is personified in myths as a huge being. And Gungnir (vibrations) the weapon of Óðinn (/us) is our weapon to create.

Ymir is all sound a sounding universe Out of the split-up sounding Ymir, the gods - in the field of the Laws of Nature - arrange the 5 höfuðskepnur (höfuð-skepnur, main-created, the 5 elements): akash(/space), air, fire, water, earth, in this order, perceived by our 5 senses respectively, in the same order: hearing, touch, sight, taste, smell. 21

© Dr.John Hagelin, physicist Höfuðskepnur (5 elements) are vibrational modes. Doest thou remember: What do we mean by: slip through Nature to the sphere of Her Laws ? Here is something we do not learn in school (unfortunately), but Óðsmál conveys the knowledge. Óðsmál gives intellectual understanding of our existence, gives intellectual understanding of the goal and the path, gives intellectual understanding of why and how we live in a body.  Our forefathers knew. We shall understand - rediscover.

Created Nature is Gungnir, the ever flickering, intangible vibrations. Nature is the visible illusionary dance of Gungnir. that which is perceived by our senses. We call this ´´a world´´, or ´´a universe´´. Or ´´the created´´. 22

We make a world in our brain, a virtual world, imagined, and individually fabricated, out of the Gungnir our senses bring to the mind. -- We use choice and attention. The quality of the world of each man is exactly according to his state of purity  It is amazing that our ancient forefathers knew all this ! No two do necessarily perceive the Gungnir in the same way. The senses of some men are purified, of others not so pure. The world is as you are is a true proverb. Our state of purity decides. Óðsmál book Rígur - Rígsþula 2014 ISBN 978 9935 467 11 9

 It is of utmost importance to understand this (above), if thou art going to understand this book about effortlessly becoming a Self-realized man, and understand the terms our forefathers use to explain the profundity of life, the profundity, which is not perceived by our senses: ginnungagap, Hnitbjörg, Ásgarður, lognfara lundur Barri,

23

and all the other terms our forefathers use for this transcendental sphere, transcendental field, of life, origin of Nature, origin of all. And know: all there is is It. Our forefathers´ term Hnitbjörg (hnit-björg) is the cliff of hnit.*) - This cave is inside us. Deep inside our heart.

We transcend thought, go inside in the guise of a worm í ormslíki (orms-líki) imbibe the mead of wisdom from Gunnlöð (gunn-löð) fly out sem örn (in the guise of an eagle). Do not let personifications lead thy understanding astray. Be literate on allegory and symbolic language in myths and sacred poems. Heighten thy state of consciousness and thou shalt, in time, understand. _________ *) -- Hnit can mean many precise things, and can also indicate height, as birds glide effortlessly in the air where there is upstream at the side of tall cliffs. Hnita, is the verb used when birds effortlessly glide in circles, or ´´hang´´, in the heights, simply by making use of the up-stream of air -24

-- and björg (cliff, berg, bjarg (- plural in case of Hnitbjörg -) can also have other meanings than cliffs or mountains.--

-- Notes: -- Always watch out for multiple meanings of our Icelandic words. (-We are narrow-minded and brainwashed.-) Please do not jump to conclusions from dictionary translations into shallow English or scholars´ misleading explanations. That is a blinding and misleading trap. (-Revise what we claim to know-) Many a man (also Icelanders, also scholars) give some shallow and all-wrong translations and explanations, and, thereby, spread (/reinforce) utter lack of understanding. How many have read Hávamál without understanding the pure theosophy and profound spirituality contained in rúnatal, the last part, part of wisdom, the jnana-kanda part?

झन कन्द

How many have read myths without being literate on the allegory and symbolic language of myths and sacred poems? -- Some non-Icelandic speaking men cannot even find the components, or word-roots, in the long compound words, so, therefore, they wildly spin and speculate from their all-wrong and misleading misunderstanding.

Example of tricky composed words: Hermóður, Her-móður or Herm-óður; two entirely different meanings depending on how the name is composed. Hermóður is Óðinn (-i.e. we-) visiting Hel, Helja, where his son Baldur, our sun-god, dwells during winter-solstice. Baldur is always resurrected on the 3rd day, like all sun-gods. 25

Another drastic example of misleading misunderstanding: F U Þ A R K are the first 6 runes, the fé-runes. When Þ (þurs) is transliterated into English TH to get the Þ sound, this horrible mistake occurs: FUTHARK, which some even think (/mistake) to be the first 7 runes(!!). The runes týr (T) and hagall (H) are not in the first row, fé-runes, at all. There are hagal-rúnir and týs-rúnir, the rows in which H and T belong. H N I Á S, T B M L Ý. Please do not have hagall and týr in the F-rúnir row - the first F U Þ A R K row. (the 24 rune system) Please teach all men: Alt+0254 is þ, Alt+0222 is Þ. Please use that, Þ, - (not the th) -- Doest thou know: Þ (þurs) used to be an English letter until they, quite recently, threw it away. That was a pity. We should revive the Þ -More of the far too common mistakes:

Auð-umbla Do men not know that names have a relevant meaning. 26

Some say: au-´Dumbla (wrong accent, wrong pronunciation, no understanding) for Auðumbla (pronounce: ´Euth-eumbla, and, important: the accent should be on the 1st syllable as always in Icelandic). What does auð mean, and what does umbla mean? We have to know, in order to understand, what her name is conveying. Names are not mere meaningless labels at all ! Every name conveys a profound meaning, even more than one. And why a cow ? Why personifications ? Some say: buy ´Frost for the bridge Bifröst (bif - röst), not understanding bif nor röst. (Pronounce: ´bieff-roest; accent on the 1st syllable) The less we know from where and to where this bridge leads. We are not taught about the great goal of life for which we create Bifröst. -Why are we not taught this? -Nobody knows -- nobody seems to know -- nowadays. But read Óðsmál and find out. The most important in life is to create Bifröst and know that Bifröst leads to Valhöll -- for us fully alive ! from ignorance to enlightenment becoming einherjar. And here we master the greatest power: fimbulrúnir 27

Every man can (and should) lay his Bifröst It is easy and delightful. Óðsmál book: How to Lay the Bridge Bifröst Óðsmál book ISBN 978 9935 467 48 5 2015 available on Amazon

We speak about Bifröst we have heard about Bifröst from our spiritual heritage, only, we have no idea what Bifröst is ! The less do we learn the importance of laying Bifröst and how to do that delightfully. We lay the bridge, layer by layer, by transcending Nature thereby to visit Ásgarður, every day of our life. -And why would we be laying this invisible bridge? -It leads us to the goal and purpose of human existence: purity, enlightenment. Bifröst leads to Valhöll, enlightenment of a living man. The goal of life, ultimate goal of every man. The most powerful state of a living man. First then we can bear the name a man. 28

Doest thou understand? Or is Valhöll still a foggy place to thee?

-- There are wrong ideas all around. One is Valhöll being a place of death - while it is a state of living men. Confusion with death-devotion, after-life, and threats of theocracy (Churchianitiy’s ideas). Most of the misleading ideas have come into circulation when ignorant (--or cunning !!--) men impose theocratic dogma and creed onto our ancient wisdom. Sneak into concepts. We cannot explain profound wisdom when we are stuck, or trapped, in imprinted superficial and shallow terms. Some of which are mere devises for obedience. Unfortunately that happens all the time. No profound knowledge available. Superficial eloquence only. Surface thoughts and words.

29

Our thought-world has been stuffed with doctrines from the South, ideas non-relevant to our ancient Nordic way of life. We are trapped in what is called blind belief, as creeds are taken for granted - without any common-sense understanding nor any attempts of discrimination. These imported theocratic doctrines have been planted into us. They were reinforced by threats, money, power, brainwashing, and killing. They seem to have settled with us as an accustomed habit. Never revised, never doubted, thoughtlessly repeated and withheld. If we would hear of these doctrines for the first time as adults, we would not accept them. No free man does. Our forefathers didn´t. Churchians, simply, killed everyone who did not accept them. The way of thinking in theocratic systems can be entirely opposed to the free profound understanding contained in forni siður.

Some men read books - written by scribes - and try to think a lot and rationally, and learn how theories of the system make sense. These lots of thinking, and contemplating on theories, might be only reinforcing speculations on the all-worldly theocratic systems. Could really be a blinding trap of no understanding of life´s purpose. Not finding the purpose and goal of life at all. Not finding Reality. Metaphors are often taken literally. Even blind belief in the letter. Parables become history. Are taught as such. Reality, ginnungagap, pure consciousness, origin of all, That which all is, should be lived -- not just described, spoken about, with flowery words. 30

(He gets paid for talking; an old Icelandic joke: a road-sign never goes there itself, called prestur)

Intellectual understanding of Reality is simple, _if_ we have the correct teaching - without intellectual headache, without away-leading doctrines and theocracy´s power-greed: Reality is within. We do not see It. But we can easily live it. We learn to nýsa niður to purify ourselves - then, in time, we shall understand, see, become self-realized.

Individuality is cosmic at the depth and individual on the surface. We gain the understanding by nýsa niður, transcend thought. 31

hang on vingameiður, I given to myself

(Hávamál)

Hanging on tree is not hanging on a tree. We do not have the background to understand what our myths and sacred poems are conveying, because theocratic doctrines were planted into us. -- Without understanding of life´s purpose. We are blinded by wrong imprinting and believe in the letter. 32

--An appalling example of theocratic thinking (brainwashing) is that raw potato in the shoe in the windowsill in December:

_IF_ someone obeys rules (made by the rulers), _THEN_ he gets sweets as a boon for obedience, BUT if someone has a free will, he shall be punished as a disobedient black sheep. -- The potato is this sly mental violence. -This is that theocratic ´´obey or else…..´´ (carrot-or-stick, heaven-or-hell). Stupid mothers use this without seeing how stupid they are! They are even too stupid to see that. That is why they do stupid things. Brainwashed (by theocratic rules of obedience), not thinking (--only act by habit, copy what others ignorantly do--), not understanding the purpose and goal of life - of course not knowing, as nobody ever told them that. The goal of bringing up little men is NOT to make obedient sheep. The gods and goddesses have no such an attribute as threat. Fear and threat cannot be used in Heathenry. There is nothing to worry about other than our ignorance. Fear and threat cannot be used as a tool but we should get rid of our ignorance, tröll, purify ourselves 33

In the sphere of the divine sphere of life there is no fear Here there is perfect orderliness only reflected in our Natural Law, and in our universe. According to our ancient common-sense philosophy, free will and self-responsibility are our best qualities in life. We shall purify ourselves - then we seek only the highest. We should help our kids develop will and responsibility. We shall not teach them the mere blind obedience to rules. The obedient one is manipulated. Dumb puppy. Not a free man. We should, simply, understand regulations and their purpose, and understand the purpose of each regulation. Is it sound or not? We purify ourselves to seek only the highest and the right. -Now, why would mothers use stupid theocratic tools on their kids? And use their god named God as a threat? -That seems to be the only thing they ever heard: Have them obey. Dominance and violence only breeds dominance and violence. Mothers obey rules, and are brought up in mental violence: obey or else….. Fear is a handy tool to keep the ignorant ones in a firm grip.

--We should understand (-this is important-): --  Some ancient Heathen concepts have been explained by mono-theistic adherents in an all-wrong way, in order to make forni siður look ridiculous. Deliberately a twisted meaning. The true meaning of our myths and poems has been distorted. 34

Some (brainwashed) men refuse to see here but stupid na誰ve tales. They have no understanding of pure spirituality and theosophy. -Why not? -They never heard about spirituality as to understand it correctly, as this word is used in a theocratic way only. Superficially. Men do not understand the profundity of pure spirituality. This word, spiritual, is, in our society, a mere superficial and allworldly declaration. Spoken about, but not lived truly. Conversion never was for salvation, anyway. It was Roman strategy of: one god, a mono-god, one king, one state, one ruler. Kings learned this quickly. Caught the point, the handy tool. It was politics all the time. Real spirituality is the only way to see through this plot.

That is how we can know the difference between shallow use and profound use. Some seek so-called spirituality when sick or in trouble, 35

but what kind of spirituality have they access to? Shallow? Verbal? Expensive? Or real profound spirituality which is based on contacting our divine innermost? (--We do know that some learn theocratic dogma only because they get paid for preaching it. They learn words and eloquence. Do we see through that - or not? They have been taught to see forni siรฐur as something they should erase. -- This disdain put on forni siรฐur has been going on in Iceland since Roman AD 999, when Churchianity was threat-imposed upon us by the king of Norway: -- The Norwegian king held the sons of prominent Icelandic Heathen men as hostages in Norway. He had invited them for this cunning purpose: to use them as a threat: Do you want your sons back alive? -- Choice was for us: convert or die. No big deal for us to choose officially to convert as we could keep on with our Heathen customs unofficially. -- They even tried to call Churchiantiy new siรฐur, replacing forni siรฐur. Churchianity is not siรฐur (spiritual tradition) at all. Cannot bear that name. This trick was only a part of the brainwashing. The plot was all about a mixture of threats and brainwashing.--)

It is a cunning strategy to try to flatten out ancient concepts and deliberately misinterpret them. Steal them, use them changed, sneak into them. Instead of ancient profound understanding, we now have superficial terms: Superficial meaning the only used: We are brought up in superficial meaning and we hear nothing else 36

so we, blindly, think in the theocratic - Churchian - way without realizing the blinding imprinting of the dark ages. Even the word god is used in a drastically changed meaning: We are, though, in the 1st commandment of the Roman mono-god institution, told that there are other gods - the ones we should not have. So we know, all the time, that many gods are here for real. These gods we are told not to have, are the only real ones. Our real gods are spoken of as primitive and stupid ideas of primitive and stupid men. Aberglaub, superstition, old rubbish. The wished-for consequences are: We have lost the profundity of our own spiritual heritage. Do we realize this? Do we know that we cannot, and do not, understand allegory and symbolic language in our own ancient spiritual heritage? Our shallowness is due to ages of imprinting of superficial values and shallow creeds. A smart Roman tool to rule over our thoughts. Gods (the real gods) cannot be used for dominance as they preside over the Laws of Nature in their divine abode, Ásgarður, ragansjöt, tívatún, sphere of Natural Law. Now listen: Amazingly enough: 37

This is the sphere from where _we_ can preside over Nature. We only have to become pure enough to master that.

divine treasure

All Nature´s bounty and blessings will be ours, most naturally. By transcending, nýsa niður, we give back to Nature. Our fórn (the sacrifice we bring) is we ourselves, the real we. We so care for Nature and She will in turn take care of all our needs. We need no effort. Nature supports all our true and evolutionary desires. 38

In forni siður we have indications of the profundity, if we want to see it: Hvar er hatur vex með hildings sonum, þat mun ek bæta brátt wherever hate grows among the sons of kings, that I can sooth at once.

And: Fylgði þeim friður hvar er þeir fóru um lönd, og þóttu þeir goðumlíkir (goðum líkir) Peace prevailed wherever Æsir (as men) travelled over lands, and they were considered to be godly, resembling the gods.

See The Maharishi Effect, how we work from pure consciousness to affect our surroundings and the whole world of men. This is not about any power of a shallow thought. This is all about fimbulrúnir in our pure consciousness within.  Our forefathers really possessed the ancient wisdom but we seem to have lost it. Our intellectual background is fabricated and we do not know that. We cannot compare theocracy and theosophy unless we understand both two thoroughly, and realize the (entirely opposite) basic goals of each one: * * * *

Theocracy is meant for dominance, theosophy is for man´s spiritual evolution. Theocracy is a tool used by rulers, theosophy is nourishment and knowledge for each and every human being on his spiritual path. 39

Some men are highly evolved spiritually, some are on low stages of evolution - spiritually: We are on different levels of consciousness different levels on our spiritual path therefore we understand - or - do not understand this profundity of life spoken of here -- It is not enough to look at the surface values and spoken words, as theocracies (cunningly) ´´look´´ as if they are good - and claim to be necessary for us, our spiritual life. Theocracies quote all kinds of spiritual phrases, spiritual clauses, which they often use superficially as a nice garb, hiding the plot of the Roman Empire´s world dominance. We can see that the quoted words of Jesus are pure theosophy but the Roman Empire exploited that, and still uses that as a garb over their true purpose of dominance. But Marcus Aurelius was a Roman. So we see that good and pure men can be found in many places at all times. Theocracies invented commandments (--That they did by pinching some phrases from Egypt and change them into commandments--); Then it was demanded of the mob to be good, love their neighbours, not to steal, etc. These ancient Egyptian phrases were not commandments at all, but, with some little changes could be used (abused) as such. 40

Good behaviour depends upon our purity, not on commandments and rules, nor on any code of behaviour When we purify our nervous system, Sleipnir, thereby heightening our state of consciousness, then we naturally get to know - and effortlessly realize how to be good, be peaceful, love our neighbours, not to steal. We simply heighten our state of consciousness to purity! -How do we do that? -By regularly ´´nýsa niður´´ - so to purify our Sleipnir, ridding ourselves of tröll / ignorance This fundamental knowledge is missing in some attempts to reconstruct our forefathers´ ancient science of life. There exist all kinds of superficial attempts to reconstruct the olden ways. Some of them are shallow reconstructions. Some men have made a bad try in the rediscovery: Superficial reconstruction Inventing rituals inventing ceremonies designing clothes to wear decide upon behaviour (serene, casual, free, wild, pious) We can even hear some re-constructors speak of all gods and goddesses in past tense: Óðinn was, Eir was (!!!) as if digging up some old dead stuff, kind of museum junk, of which they blow the dust. 41

Some re-constructors (neo-pagans) tend to have declarations: We are good, we are responsible, we are peaceful. (--Thou canst read the behavioural codes, or affirmations, of some reconstructed Pagan/ásatrúar sects--)

A funny example of this superficial (-lacking all profundity-) ´reconstruction´ of the ancient heritage is, when some try to do the opposite of Churchianity: Listen: Theocracy banned Nature-worship, as the mob should worship only their tool named God. Not the created. A story (from Iceland under Churchianity): The wife of the priest caught her sons sitting at the window admiring the beautiful sunset, admiring the beauty of Nature. She, angrily, pulled the curtains and ordered them to pray to God. This was the doctrine of Churchianity at that time: Do not adore Nature, worship our mono-God only. Why? Did someone have the notion of the unstable nature of Nature? They warned against the devilish, luring, dangerous, and astray-leading nature of Nature:

In Iceland, Nature was said to be a horrible, man-eating, skessa (trolless). We should avoid Nature as She would lure us away from God, 42

lure us into her cave in the mountains, and never let go of us.  But what is that cave inside Nature? Have you ever thought about that? Was this ban possibly a cunning theocratic way to keep us in thoughts (-Andacht-) on the theocratic God and have us stay away from our devouring inner caves? To sort this out, we should imbibe the flesh and blood of the teachings of enlightened men. (Not with superficial ritual bearing a Latin name) We imbibe a sip of Kvasir, the flow of wisdom (i.e. transcend. - No superficial rituals.) We, then, understand the underlying message: Transcend to the origin of all -- found within, and live that. Then Nature and Her Gungnir will not consume our attention. (--Do not ask the priests, even if they have a Latin name for a superficial ceremony of drinking blood and eating flesh, pretending to be Jesus Christ incarnated themselves. They do not live the underlying Truth. We need profound understanding. Not hollow superficial rites.--)

Now: In order to oppose that Nature-worship-ban, some ásatrúar re-constructors claim to be Nature worshippers; declare: We worship Nature. We are Nature-worshippers. But now think: What is gained by that? What do they worship? Churchianity banned Nature worship. Nobody knows why; just a rule. Did someone there know how intangible visible stuff is? Or was it their women disdain? Goddess disdain? Their dogma that female Nature is bad, deceiving, tempting, - luring us away from their Roman God, the masculine all-ruling power? 43

Anyway, some re-constructors of our Pagan past come to the conclusion that they should do the opposite: Love Nature, worship Nature. Is it that Her beauty pleases the eye? She is yielding? Do they know what Nature is? They might exploit Nature in many ways. Eat killed animals, wear animal skin/fur/hide. Meaning: Their love is egoistic love. Killing is always a sin. -- Every being is on its evolutionary path. We shall not destroy that. Can they explain what they worship? Beautiful visible Nature? Our perception of the dancing Gungnir perceived by senses? Do they know that the profundity of life lies within Nature? That we shall have to learn to nýsa niður to live that sphere? If we would really love Nature we would protect Her from man´s abuse of Her gifts. If we really love Nature, we would give back to Her by nýsa niður (transcend). If we don´t give back by nýsa niður, then we are mere thieves. Gróttasöngur (Edda-poem) is on greed and exploitation, Fenja and Menja (slaves) are all about exploiting animals. Fenja the feathered living beings, Menja the furry animals. Understand names. Names convey the message in myths. Count in thy head how many animals we exploit, ruthlessly, selfishly. That is violating the Laws of Nature. Life is not for man to exploit. Count in thy conscience how many animals suffer because we are stealing their land, their rightful premises. 44

Why did land sink to the depths of the oceans in time of greed - as happened according to Gróttasöngur (Edda poem/myth)? -Because the king took to exploiting animals, exploit Nature. Fenja and Menja, ´´the feathered´´ and ´´the furry´´, are living animals. The teaching of their names has not been understood by all commentators, who perhaps do not understand the message of the names of the enthralled ones. Therefore lack understanding of the profundity of the message of the ancient poem. -- Are some commentators in a thought-pattern prison?---Can we not see any deeper level than already imprinted?-Perhaps exploiting animals is just as Churchianity said that their god will have it: gave all animals to man, and, as we know: man is too stupid to handle this responsibility. Man should protect Nature, not exploit Her to the bleeding, to the sinking. In turn She will protect us. Care for us motherly. We give back by transcending, i.e. nýsa niður perpetually. Giving in return is meiðmar.

-- Please do not read myths as an ´´illiterate´´ believer in the letter. And not in the cage of old imprinting. Understand the symbolic language, the allegories, and find the perfect science they convey. First then thou becomest ´´literate´´. Doest thou know that the Self-realized man can control Nature from pure awareness, his pure Self? 45

Wouldest thou like to learn how we can have Mother Nature mild and perfect ? How we can keep Mother Earth in Her inherent perfection - as should be the only natural and normal state of Nature? Never should we violate the Laws of Nature, as disharmony will, by that, accumulate and - in the end Mother Nature bursts, in one way or another. Óðsmál skræða #36 Mighty Old Nature, Our Greed and Nature’s Tolerance, 2014 ISBN 978 9935 467 36 2 Remember: Her Laws are not man-made they are divine

She gives Gleipnir. Mothers tend to tolerate naughty children to a certain extent, but accumulated mal-behaviour has drastic consequences.

-- Seriously note: There is no such thing as an angry god, whatever thou hast read or been told by theocracies. 46

Theocracies´ tactic is to have us believe in words in Books written by men. These writings are used for their egoistic purposes. There is no wrath of gods. But Nature has Her limits. We do have Urður Verðandi Skuld - our deeds returning to us. Óðsmál skræða #33 Urður Verðandi Skuld, örlög, karma, 2014, ISBN 978 9935 467 33 1, on Amazon

This misconception of wrath has somehow gotten into our stupid (credulous) heads, because of the use of a theocratic term/tool named God. A term/concept deliberately made for dominance and obedience. (--Don´t undermine the smart Roman strategy, man!--) That tool is said to be good and become angry: When/if man obeys the rulers, that tool is said to love us, if we do not obey the rules of the theocracy (-disobedience called a sin-), he will punish us. So: This smart Roman man-invented capricious tool is said to be good if that suits the rulers´ goal to have the mob like him, and the other aspect wrath - when that can be used on the credulous mob to create fear and thus obedience. Really smart. We do have a goddess named Syn, who is our purifier of sins, or purifier of our ignorance. Óðsmál skræða #6, Syn Glasir Valhöll einherjar 2014, available on Amason, ISBN 978 9935 467 06 5

So the term ´´sin´´ is no exclusively Churchian a term. Churchianity arbitrary decides what is a sin and what is not. Some killing (for the rulers) could make a man a saint. Not a sinner. 47

Our understanding of the term sin: Violation of the Laws of Nature is a sin in our forni siður. A sin is only committed in man´s blinding ignorance, tröll, Sin, violation, creates bad karma - our doings hit back.

Syn refuses (synjar) sin, filth, ignorance. Acting as a kind of a sieve, or a filter, she lets us, when we are purified, into the divine realm, Glasir. In theocracies, this tool called God, is also used for the karmaphenomenon. Our gods do not meddle up with karma. Karma is a Law of Nature only. (Physics.) An action has an equal reaction coming to its original source - where it was set forth. In these cunning wrath-of-God-stories, there is a mix-up with how Nature can tolerate our wrongdoings to a certain extent, and, in the end, She bursts as calamities, wars, disasters. (Note: man-made laws in Books are not Her Laws)

Accumulated violence towards Nature (men violating the Laws of Nature) - which is ´´sins´´ - causes Nature to burst. No wrath, a Law of Nature only: An action always has an equal reaction (physics) an action causes an equal reaction (physics). 48

As we behave towards Nature, so She behaves in turn. Law of karma. In our terms Urður Verðandi Skuld. As we sow so we reap, in Jesus´s words. -- A simple law of karma. When we protect Nature, then she protects us. When we nourish Nature, She nourishes us.

-- Please think clearly from now on: there is no wrath of gods. --- All these invented lies about Heathenry being stupid, have hit into the text-books, and are taught in schools as history. -We are soaked in lies. We have heard that theocracy (Churchianity) claims itself to be good and tolerant to all men, but their true quest is to impose the Roman Empire on the whole world, whatever (cunningness or brutality) it takes. We shall know that there is nothing to fear. We will be free from the brain-washing and think clearly. Then the theocracies will lose the grip. Accumulated wrongdoings cause Nature to burst Violating the Laws of Nature is a sin Repeated: Fear cannot be used in Heathenry; There is nothing to worry about other than our ignorance 49

So - fear can, no way, be used as a tool for obedience but we should get rid of our ignorance, tröll, purify ourselves - to become sin-less. The gods and goddesses have no such an attribute as threat. They count for the flawless functioning of life. In their sphere of life there is no fear. Here there is orderliness of Natural Law only. Tívar are deva, díar, gods. Whichever term we prefer in each case, they are divine order. Rögn and regin (the gods) means: perfect orderliness.

रच ् रचन

Rögn and regin literally means the flawless order, and perfect orderliness in the universe. And so does the name Rán. Óðsmál skræða #2 Ægir and Rán 2014, on Amazon ISBN 978 9935 467 02 7

The gods and goddesses are these flawless divine powers in the universe. Gods preside over the flawless divine Laws of Nature. Here we have ragnasjöt, (sphere of orderliness, rögn), tívatún (dynamic creative sphere of tívar) Natural Laws are always perfectly flawless and correct. Laws of Nature are the perfect functioning in the symphony of the universe.

Please think clearly from now on. We need understanding There is nothing to fear. But we must rid ourselves of ignorance. 50

We only have to rid ourselves of our ignorance / blindness. That we do by perpetually nýsa niður (transcend thought). Then we do not violate the Laws of Nature. Never ever. If we love our Þór, we should understand what he means. He means: How do we gain all the strength in the world? If we claim to love Þór, what would we do? We rid ourselves of ignorance ! We batter our tröll, ignorance. That is what Mjöllnir is for. Óðsmál skræða #1 Þór, 2014, ISBN 978 9935 467 01 0

Learn to nýsa niður, practice it daily, and thou shalt start seeing. Tröll, ignorance, evaporates, leaves us, and we see. When a man is pure, right behaviour comes naturally.

We do not see our tröll (ignorance) we have to annihilate them and let in our goddess Sun. Our unseen tröll are the cause of our mistakes. These mistakes become the cause of disasters. Tröll are ignorance. Ignorance is: not seeing Truth. Not seeing who we really are. 51

Note: -- We do not leave ignorance, ignorance leaves us. It is not for real, in the first place. -When we get caught in ´´the vicious cycle´´ (as we always do), we simply invoke god Ullur to burn it up. Óðsmál skræða #4 2014 Þjóðvitnir Ullur Heimdallur, ISBN 978 9935 467 04 1

The gods have been functioning here since Freyja, the space-time foam bubble, broke lose to become our universe, our virtual intangible universe of sounds and strings. Óðsmál skræða #20 The Great Goddess ISBN 978 9935 467 20 1 available on Amazon

Goddess Freyja is all strings. Gungnir Nature functions with perfection. But we tend to live in ignorance. As we, by now, understand why we make mistakes it seems easy to amend: Just stop making mistakes. Right? But there is a hank: We do not see because of our ignorance. Tröll are our blindness. 52

-- Compare ignorance to brain-washing: -What is the trouble with a brain-washed man? -Rationally, that he is brain-washed and sees nothing other than imprinted creeds by which he is brain-washed to blindness, therefore not seeing, or plainly rejecting to see, anything else. -What is it that we don´t see due to our blinding tröll - but should and must see? -We see not the unseen Reality within. Learn to nýsa niður (--it has to be transcendental--) learn transcendental meditation In Hnitbjörg - which we reach by transcending, nýsa niður we meet our þursamær (þursa-mær), þurs-maiden Gunnlöð, daughter of Gymir, Gunnlöð Gymisdóttir. 53

Hnitbjörg, our cave inside, where Gunnlöð awaits us -- gunn can mean battle, and gunn can also be a form of guð (god) -- and löð would tell us: the hospitable, inviting, luring, the one generously offering and serving with love; -And what is offered here in Hnitbjörg? -The precious mead of wisdom, mjöðurinn dýri - which is a sound: Kvasir. -- Note that blood indicates flow: Kvasir is a flow of sound. In myths: imbibing the wisdom; it is not drinking blood.--

-- note that all names and terms have a meaning, many have multiple meanings. We understand according to our state of consciousness. Many terms can be understood in several relevant ways, so they can be indicating several ideas, all of which might be pointing out something profound and worthwhile -54

-- note clearly, that our understanding depends upon the state of consciousness we live - be it high or be it low. The world is as thou art because of this! We should heighten our state of consciousness. Purify ourselves. Become einherjar. Then we create a beautiful world. We purify ourselves by nýsa niður regularly all our life. We need no intermediaries to ourselves, to our divine innermost. This means: we transcend the sphere of thought ourselves. Gunnlöð invites us, welcomes us, to her/our innermost abode. Innermost yes, as Hnitbjörg is a place inside our heart. This transcending the sphere of thought, transcending Nature, is termed the 4th state of consciousness:

waking state deep sleep state dreaming and the 4th state: transcending - fully awake go beyond Nature visit Ásgarður, the sphere of gods.

This act, nýsa niður to the 4th state of consciousness, is purifying. Rids us of tröll. Nourishes all life.  This is the only action which does not bind us.  This is how we are laying the bridge Bifröst, layer by layer. Biförst leads, in time, home to Valhöll,  enlightenment of a living man. We rediscover our forefathers´ great knowledge their science of consciousness which has slept as the Sleeping Beauty during the dark ages.

and höll (pronounce: hoeddl) is a palace, great hall; -- in myths and bed-time stories there is the deeper meaning: an exalted state of a living man, not some imagined building to live in. 58

Only a purified state of living a man´s life. -Do we understand that this is what the name Valhöll indicates: coming home, returning back home, fully alive? Back home to our only normal state as a human being, our only really worthwhile state: enlightenment. First then, when enlightened, we can bear the name ´´a man´´. --Do not, inadvertently, go for distortions and misinterpretations, some mix-up with Churchian after-death terms; beware of brainwashing and our shallow and blinding background and twisted interpretations. --

We are the wisdom. We live it when we are pure. We only have to take a sip of the mead of wisdom in Hnitbjörg, and bring it to the gods in Ásgarður. -Where is that cave again, that Hnitbjörg? -It is within. -How do we get there? -By nýsa niður, transcend thoughts - all-naturally as the very nature of mind is to slide towards bliss. We perceive Nature with our senses but our senses perceive not what She hides from us _That_ which She is in essence

62

63

64

Our senses do not perceive The Great Truth. They perceive the ever-flickering worldly Gungnis-play only. Remember: We activate matter by injecting consciousness into it. All diversity is like the drops in the ocean. Diversity is but little intangible strings in Ægir, the abyss. Our senses register Nature. That is what they are for. Exclusively. Our senses bring the all-worldly flickering delights to our brain. But we, ignorantly, live in our blinding tröll,  _therefore_ do not see Truth. We do not perceive our own consciousness. We do not realize our Self. We shall, though, in time, see both the worldly phenomena,  and their origin as well. Then we see Truth. First then worthy of the title: a man. Till then we ask: -What is that ´´Truth, consciousness, ginnungagap´´, and why should we know of that un-seen something? -The answer is another question: Why would self-realization have been blessed and admired through the ages? -That is because these pure men see Truth, perceive of their own consciousness, realize their own very Self. See through Nature. They think and perform from the sphere of the gods, 65

the origin of thought not from the sphere of Nature´s Gungnir, the superficial values, not from the sphere of superficial thoughts. Our senses bring the little worldly happinesses to mind -- who is the insatiable seeker of happiness. The great happiness, the innermost divine bliss, is not to be found in flickering beautiful creation - Nature, which is registered by our senses. We are searching for happiness in the wrong places. The great happiness is inside, in the innermost. -- Thou canst read what Jesus is said to have said, and see herein pure theosophy. ´´Kingdom of Heaven is within´´, and ´´one thing is necessary, Martha´´. What is that only necessary mentioned here? Nýsa niður? We should know the huge difference between, on one hand, * Roman Christianity --the handy version they wrote/composed-and on the other hand, * proto-Christianity, and pure theosophy, contained in the quoted words (whoever the scribes were, wherever the knowledge came from originally).

Enlightened men do not want to be worshipped. (Such writings in Latin by Romans is cunning theocracy)

-- We do not know for sure if Jesus ever existed. We do not know if this story about that enlightened man is true history, or only a stage, or settings, for the theosophy put forth there. His name was not Jesus at all. 66

We can take events symbolically, not literally, such as the cross, the flow of water, wine, and blood, resurrection, etc. It might be symbolic, not history at all. Not meant as belief in the letter, but something to understand. Jesus might even have been metamorphosed into a solar deity, or the other way round, i.e. personified. What we are told is often correlated to the zodiac and heavenly bodies´ movements, phases, functions. -- By Churchianity, the concept Jesus has been used (abused) for wars, killing, brutality, horrible conquests, Roman Empire´s world dominance. Do we see that the Roman Empire is still here? -- Churches and priests are not a necessity for us. They are very expensive, always in need of more money. Priests work because they get salaries. Some priests need not even believe in the stuff they are teaching. Intermediaries are unnecessary, and they are astray-leading. We, ourselves, have to take a break from our senses in order to give mind a chance to find bliss and Truth. We have to see through Nature and find Truth The experience of Pure Consciousness has, through the ages, been described by the Vedas, and by great classics of philosophy: The Vedas, Aristoteles, Platon, and Óðinn in our forni siður. And, by modern science ginnungagap is known as The Unified Field of Total Natural Law.  Our forefathers knew.

68

Upanishad: ´´When the 5 senses and the mind are still … the intellect rests in silence … And: …The Self is not to be sought through the senses. The creator made the senses go to the world outside and therefore one looks outward and not within oneself. But the wise sage, with his eyes turned inward, seeking life eternal, found the self.´´ (end quote) This is easily achieved _IF_ we know how to nýsa niður (transcend), naturally and effortlessly. Innocently making use of the very nature of mind to seek bliss. To transcend, means to go beyond, nýsa niður means nose down.

That is NOT done with striving, NOT by trying to ignore or suppress the senses or mind. NOT by banning thoughts. NOT by avoiding thoughts. NOT by trying NOT to listen to the senses and trying NOT to register what they bring to the mind. Not by some strenuous contemplation or concentration. That trying and struggling would be just another thought, and mere thought-struggling on the surface level of life. Many a man has wasted life-spans in that without success. We do not want still another thought, nor any bans to obey. We want pure awareness devoid of thoughts - all naturally. This pure awareness is reached most naturally and easily, when we have the easy and natural technique to transcend. (see TM.org) Transcendence is 69

when the mind -by its own very nature to seek happiness- slips into That. goes beyond sphere of thought. Now mind dwells no longer on the superficial sphere of thinking. Óðsmál skræða #27 Ginnungagap - nýsta ek niður, 2014. available on Amazon, ISBN 978 9935 467 27 0

But when we start to learn how to nýsa niður, we start from the thinking level, and learn intellectually how to use the technique, learn how to give mind the opportunity to look for real happiness. The process then spontaneously takes care of itself. Any manipulation only disturbs the automatic inward flow of the mind. Individuality is cosmic at the depth -- we are going home. -And individuality is individual on the surface, - on the thinking level of mind. . So what do we do, and what not? (What is never ever to be done by any man?) What we shall do: purify our nervous system, Sleipnir, until we are completely pure, purified. By regular practice, we will - in time - see. We realize our Self. 70

Do we understand by now: We activate matter by injecting consciousness into it ! And: Without conscious being behind matter, matter´s only tendency is to increase disorder (entropy). So what we shall never do: We shall never ever violate the Laws of Mother Nature, as we, by such a base an act, create disharmony in the otherwise perfect symphony of Ymir, the sounding universe, --which is divided up into the 5 höfuðskepnur, the 5 elements, and all the vibrations we perceive and register by our 5 senses.--- I wonder: Do I really need to tell you, guys, what violation of Natural Law is? Do I really need to explain for you, guys, when we are violating and when not? Does not every man just know this in his heart? Do you, perhaps, not know what these Laws of Nature are, nor how they function in the universe? Do you, perhaps, not know their flawless perfection of functioning? Their necessity for life? For the whole universe? Is man perhaps violating without realizing what violation is? Can man be so ignorant !!? -Or are even some of us brainwashed by some mono-theistic institutions who claim man to be the one who should exploit? Is technique to use/exploit the only thing we learn in schools??? If so, then shame on our education. A lump of ignorance. As for Heathen thinking, man is responsible for all life on earth. 71

Askur and Embla man-trees granted divine attributes by gods Óður Hænir Lóður Man is endowed with his highly evolved human nervous system. We are divine beings. We, humans, can visit Ásgarður, lognfara lundur Barri, Hnitbjörg, tívatún - the dynamic sphere where tívar, díar, abide, ragnasjöt, the abode of rögn and regin, sphere of perfect order -- tívar are deva, rögn and regin really means the perfect order, and so does the blessed name of our goddess Rán. -If we understand the terms we can learn their function in the universe * we have to become pure enough to think from the profound sphere of life 72

* we purify ourselves by going to Ásgarður daily; nýsa niður is the purification. Gradually, by nýsa niður regularly all our life-span, we lay the bridge Bifröst, How to lay the bridge Bifröst ISBN 978 9935 467 48 5 an Óðsmál book, 2015, available on Amazon

-Where does Bifröst lead? And why would we be laying this bridge? Bifröst, Bilröst, leads to Valhöll, our real home. We come home fully alive. Hope it´ll be in this present life-span. Then we live life as enlightened men, einherjar. When we live Valhöll, we manage Mother Nature effortlessly by attention alone. By thought from the source of thought. We only have right and supporting thoughts when we are enlightened. Our thoughts are evolutionary and supporting. All ignorance has left us, we stand pure, stainless, enlightened. We only have to know how we purify our physiology. -How do we rid ourselves of tröll ? -Ask Þór, son of Earth. Óðsmál skræða #32, 2014, ISBN 978 9935 467 32 4 tröll jötnar þursar wights dwarfs

Tröll are our blinding ignorance of which we do not know, as we are too blinded by our ignorance to see our ignorance. 73

To purify oneself is the easiest and most natural act on earth, only, we have to learn how to do that, effortlessly, naturally, using the very nature of the mind to, automatically, seek the supreme happiness. Know where to look for it. -- swimming is easy, diving is easy, once we have learned the easiest way to swim and dive. -The little happinesses out there, which our senses perpetually offer to mind, are not real happiness. They have sorrow as a sister. And they distract the mind from the ´´place´´ where it should seek. Doest thou see what I mean: our little up-popping happinesses are such fun, that we tend not to know what we are really seeking: inner bliss. -And where would that real happiness, the inner bliss be found? Is it worth seeking? If yes, then what for? (Our perpetual question.) -We can control Nature to the good for all men and all other creatures. There will be no disasters, no wars, no disharmony, when millions of us humans learn to nýsa niður and practice that regularly. We shall produce no false note in the perfect symphony of creation. We are responsible for Nature. There is a simple way to purify the whole world of men We imbibe the perfect orderliness and purity from the sphere of the gods, Ásgarður, origin of Laws of Nature. 74

We decide how Nature is. How She behaves. We do so from the profound sphere of the gods inside us. Refer to: The Maharishi Effect. and: our heritage: peace prevailed wherever Æsir were. We can sooth disputes and hatred of kings´ sons. This should be taught in all schools. -- A great flaw in modern education not to teach this.-Nýsa niður is easy to learn, easy to practice. We use a sound-thought, or a thought-sound, to catch the attention of one of the senses, the first one: hearing. (--Note: NOT a concept; this is not contemplation, not concentration--) This meaningless mental sound gently occupies mind´s attention. By that, mind becomes settled, and is drawn to some ´´hanging´´ in nothingness. Hanging on vinganmeiður. Enjoying this sound-thought, or thought-sound, mind is quiet and happy. Settles down beyond finest trace of thought. Enjoying this happy quietness, mind´s attention, our awareness, is open. -Open to what? -Open to the way inwards to the unseen Self, to the realm of the supreme happiness. Expands to our boundless Glaðheimar. I am given to myself, to my Self. If we learn the technique correctly, - as TM is certainly taught by qualified TM-teachers transcending happens automatically, because of the very nature of the mind to seek bliss. 75

Mind becomes subtle as a thought, which, in the end, fades away all by itself, into Eternal Bliss - the boundless Glaรฐheimar of consciousness. Mind finds its own origin The ego expands to infinity, to Glaรฐheimar, the widest and happiest sphere of life. We are now laying the bridge Bifrรถst, layer by layer. By practice - and in time - we shall live Valhรถll. Here we use weapons to uphold the roof. They are obsolete now. -Now, how, actually, does this all-natural and easy process work? -When we have realized our real Self, our pure consciousness -- which we are in essence -and have imbibed more and more of the perfect order into our lives then we work from the sphere of the gods and goddesses, who preside over the Laws of Nature. Only from here can we control Nature. And it is easy. Spontaneous and natural to man - any man, every man, all men as we all have a highly evolved human nervous system, called Sleipnir the 8-legged. And this is the purpose and goal of human life. 76

We cannot see on a man what state of consciousness he lives. Yet, purity can be measured in our brains - really. Some men try to look exalted by putting on clothes and pomp and some learned behaviour. They try to look pious. They pretend to live exalted states of consciousness, but do not. Do not even know what it is to be pure. There are profound men, and there are shallow men. Criminal-brain is stained by some not-working patches, or ´´holes´´. These are functional holes. They are underdevelopment of the higher brain, the rational human brain. The brain-functioning of an enlightened man is in perfect overall harmony, stainless, flawless.

He lives Valhöll. An einherji. From Valhöll we can master the behaviour of Mother Nature. In turn She protects us. As einherjar, we think from the sphere of the Laws of Nature, the all-powerful divine Natural Law. Our thoughts are all-powerful and all-correct, all in flow with the supreme goal: perfection. 77

 We are, all of us, on our way to Valhöll, only, we do not know, as no-one tells us the goal of human life. -Why are we not told? Why are we not taught? -Nobody seems to know. Parents, grandparents, teachers, priests, were not taught. The reason is that we have had theocracies for a long time now, during the dark ages of kaliyuga. Pure spirituality and theosophy has been less apparent and not properly understood. The dark ages were a typical kali-yuga. Many good concepts have been flattened out and shallowed. Now-a-days philosophers tend to discuss only material, all-worldly, superficial concepts, they practice brain-acrobatics, ravels, even contentious arts, while the origin of all is not lived, not touched upon, not understood at all -- as is done in the original pure philosophy. Philosophers might have names for ginnungagap and pure consciousness, Reality, but do not conceive of It by their own experience, do not live It, - the sphere within thoughts and therefore do not understand their own Self, their own Being. Theocracies do not teach the purpose of life, the path, nor the goal. Actually, when we know the real purpose and goal of life and when we know how to reach it theocracies will be exposed, and we see that we don’t need them. I think that is what is happening right now in the world of men. 78

Know we not that a soul is but individualized ginnungagap contemporary functioning, living, in a body every now and then? And the less we know why it happens that we are born, how it happens, and why we are doing that - over and over again. Theocracies invented - for easier manipulation of adherents the ´´one life-span only´´. They planted that smart invention into generations of their adherents. Have been at it for some centuries now. (Hast thou met someone who still believes that ´´only one life´´?)

--They invented that ´´one life-span only´´ for strategic purposes, a time-pressure: Repent sins before thy death, pay all thy money to the church to gain pardon for sins, and peace in death. (--Actually, this selling of pardons, was what Martin Luther protested.--) In a way they have mislead us from Truth and life´s purpose, to the extent, that many a man is an atheist now, terming all talk of some god, gods and goddesses, to be fancy ideas, meant for manipulation, money, and deception, withheld by cunning exploiters, and by credulous fanatic sheep. 79

Unfortunately, some Pagan/ásatrúar re-constructors speak and think and live on the surface of life only, Most of them use words and terms, of which they do not conceive the profundity. They understand not the true abyss of meaning.

Nýsa niður is the real purification. ´´Hang´´ is a metaphor here: pending in nothingness, without any human thought. We fall from there again (Hávamál) naturally, as accumulated stress gets released in the stillness of the nothingness: Nýsa niður, falla aftur þaðan, transcend, fall out into thoughts again - due to release of stress in our nervous system. Óðsmál skræða #27, 2014, Ginnungagap, nýsta ek niður, ISBN 978 9935 467 27 0 - available on Amazon

-What happens in the total silence? -Release of stress in the true state of rest and calm, which teases Sleipnir, and we, by that disturbance, fall into the sphere of thinking again. We, then, simply take another dive, all naturally. This is the only true purification. All outside means, on sphere of thought and actions, - such as superficial sacrifices, invented rituals, endeavour and striving, trying, manipulating, contemplating, concentrating, is not the natural way to transcend, go beyond. 80

These efforts might never lead to transcending sphere of thinking, - are not the ´´going beyond´´ we need, even if some men strive for it life-span after life-span.

-- Note: our divine part, the Great Divinity, should not be said to be ´´up there´´ somewhere away from us, as that makes it not reachable. The Great Divinity, ginnungagap, is everywhere It is the only there is. No obstacles are there on the way inwards.

--The ´´great divine´´ is easily lived. NOT something difficult to reach, not un-reachable by us, not obscure, nor apart from us. No. Some lousy imprinting yields a misleading idea which has been planted into our stupid credulous preprogramed minds. An ´´up there´´ and ´´out-there´´ concept named God who rules, has, unfortunately, been propagated for decades now. As we now know: Only ginnungagap is. All there is is It. It is everywhere, nothing can be outside of It. It is eternity, we easily find our divine essence within. We ourselves. 81

We need no intermediaries. We do this ourselves.

-- Seriously note: The Great Divinity is right here. Everywhere. We are it, and we ´´come home´´ to our real Self when we contact it. We should live it at all times. - That will, in time, come with practice. --- We now see through the purpose and plans of theocracies.-We shall have to re-think the whole thing, learn to nýsa niður, and start seeing the true profound teachings in forni siður.
