The positive trend continues: Oerlikon Saurer receives another big order from India, welcome news of market recovery in Turkey Dear Partners, We are delighted that the positive market trend has continued. Just in our last newsletter, we were able to report on a big order from India. Now the Sahiba Group has also decided to carry out their expansion with us as a partner and has therefore placed an order with us for 16 Saurer Epoca 05 Second Generation (22 Yards). We are particularly pleased that Sahiba has decided to use our thread cutting device, because we have been steadily developing this technology further. With this large-scale investment, Sahiba is entering a new era in the Indian market and expanding the variety of patterns in their collection still further. We wish to sincerely thank the owners, the Singh family, for the trust they have placed in us. The website of this innovative, large-scale Indian enterprise is definitely worth a visit. There are also positive signs from other markets: Our Turkish customers are once again investing intensively in new machines thanks to good capacity utilisation and a positive market outlook. The Saurer Epoca 05 Second Generation with all of its advantages has established itself in the market, so that we are ready to deliver numerous embroidery machines to a variety of customers in this region over the next few months. In Arbon, we are working intensively on finding solutions for tomorrow and our company is in an excellent position to meet future market requirements. By systematically focusing on research and development, customer service, sourcing and installation, we are able to provide you with the best product and the best service. I would like to take this opportunity, as the year draws to a close, to thank you all sincerely for your loyalty and cooperation. I hope you and your family have a relaxing break at the turn of the year and a good start in a very promising 2011. With kind regards, Christof Naier Chief Executive Officer
