A MP: AT HL E T E ME N T ORSHIP P ROG R A M ABOUT
The Athlete Mentorship Program (AMP) helps initiate and develop relationships between Belmont student-athletes and professionals from a wide array of industries in the Nashville area. These connections provide the studentathlete with guidance and direction in areas such as personal goals, career development, networking and future employment opportunities. Additionally, AMP offers personal development that will assist student-athletes as they transition to life after Belmont. The hope for AMP participants is that the connection between the mentor and mentee will grow and develop into a longterm professional relationship. AMP is the brainchild of Belmont Athletics Director Scott Corley and was 2021–22 MEMBERSHIP GUIDE | 40
