DEparture Lounge, Derby Theatre’s hugely successful summer festival of fresh, new and exciting theatre, is back for a fourth year in 2016, produced by In Good Company. From Thursday 21 until Sunday 24 July, DEparture Lounge once again sees Derby Theatre transformed into a festival site where audiences and artists alike can see the very best in contemporary theatre and support artists to take flight. We're transforming Derby Theatre again for DEparture Lounge in 2016, with our Main Auditorium becoming a lush Garden Stage, and even our Car Park getting a summer makeover into the stylish paradise of Derbados - this year becoming a woodland retreat!
