Physical inactivity appears to be a parenthesis in the time frame of human existence : little by little the man again becomes homeless. Globalization is the reinvention of nomadism , migration affect all groups of people , both those who are seeking the survival of both the representatives of the multinationals : the nomadic life has never been so successful .

On a subconscious level , for most of us the architecture is associated with the idea of inactivity. In fact, however , physical inactivity appears to be a phenomenon in relation to the temporal existence of humanity.

Limit the purpose of sedentary architecture is reductive, compared to a complexity originated from two basic human needs: to live and move .

Human beings, uprooted and with no resources, reconstruct their lives in precarious settlements , which can

be moved depending on the political and economic events .

Environmental problems and the demand for space, through the architectural research alternatives to rediscover the quality of buildings without foundations, meet their need.

Within this large development, these architectural creations are ' different ‘ and perhaps marginal , but open to the future .

Structures for people on the move , an extension of a universal village .

The modules are, and can be, manufactured in series, two units are installed and connected to different networks of water and electricity infrastructures . They may also provide different configurations depending on pre-existing situations . Without the need for building

permit , any surface can be temporarily equipped with these modules , they can be relocated everywhere, corresponding the demand with minimal unit of housing, providing a solution to the housing problem and allows to see urban areas such as areas of parking lots, from a new point of view.

The space, conceived clear and linear, is developed from the fireplace, so “The Four Elements of Architecture� by Gottfried Semper is a strong reference more relevant than ever. A mother unit as a backbone for a system, an hub for spaces and relations who recreate a lifestyle where mobility is the most efficient strategy for exploiting resources.

La sedentarietà sembra essere, come accennato, una parentesi nell’arco temporale dell’esistenza umana: poco a poco l’uomo ridiventa nomade. La globalizzazione è la reinvenzione del nomadismo, Le migrazioni riguardano tutti i gruppi umani, sia coloro che sono alla ricerca della sopravvivenza sia i rappresentanti delle multinazionali: il nomadismo non ha mai avuto tanto successo.

A livello inconscio, per la maggior parte di noi l’architettura è associata all’idea di sedentarietà. Di fatto, però, la sedentarietà sembra essere un fenomeno in rapporto all’arco temporale dell’esistenza

dell’umanità. limitare l’architettura all’ambito del sedentario è riduttivo rispetto a una complessità originata dai due bisogni umani fondamentali, abitare e spostarsi.

Il breve periodo della sedentarietà giunge a termine: infatti, sotto il duplice shock della mondializzazione e della globalizzazione lo scenario si va modificando inesorabilmente.

I primi anni del 21° sec. hanno segnato un affascinante sviluppo del nomadismo in architettura sotto vari aspetti.

Gli esseri umani sradicati e senza risorse ricostruiscono le loro vite in abitazioni precarie, che possono essere spostate a

seconda degli eventi politici ed economici.

Infine, i problemi ambientali e la domanda di spazio attraverso le ricerche architettoniche alternative fanno riscoprire le qualità delle costruzioni prive di fondamenta, spostabili velocemente.

All’interno di questo ampio sviluppo, le creazioni architettoniche ‘differenti’ sono forse marginali, ma annunciano il futuro.

Costruzioni per popoli in movimento; un’estensione di un hotel universale.

I moduli sono standardizzati e possono essere fabbricati in serie; le due unità sono

installate e raccordate alle diverse reti di acqua e di elettricità esistenti. Si possono inoltre prevedere più configurazioni a seconda delle situazioni preesistenti. Senza bisogno di costosi interventi sul costruito, ogni superficie può essere temporaneamente equipaggiata con questi moduli che, terminata la necessità, possono essere ricollocati altrove. corrispondenti a un’unità minima di abitazione, offre una soluzione al problema abitativo e permette di sfruttare territori urbani come le aree dei parcheggi.
