SERVING ALCOHOL AND FOOD AND ON EXHIBITION STANDS ALCOHOL
In Norway you require a license to serve alcohol. This license is processed by the local authorities and for OTD 2016 this is Fjell Kommune. If your company wishes to serve alcohol at OTD 2016 then an application must be submitted to and subsequent approval received from Fjell Kommune before the exhibition. The deadline to submit all alcohol license applications, both electronically online and by completing a manual form is Thursday 1th September 2016. The preferred application method is electronic and at the link below (Norwegian language only): Go to application link > Application For foreign companies or an application in English please: 1. Download and fill in the form ‘Request for Alcoholic Drink License’ > here! 2. Fill out the application form 3. Send the completed application form as soon as possible and by no later than 1st September by email to marked@sotrask.no - you will receive your license 3 weeks after this date.
FOOD
The exhibitor is duty bound to observe the regulations concerning hygiene, storage and serving of food, and catering staff. A CHECKLIST TO HELP ENSURE SAFE SERVING OF FOOD: - Ensure that the food does not become contaminated - Adequate refrigeration must be in place - Ensure that the temperature is satisfactory when heating and frying - Ensure that the utensils used are clean - Hand-washing facilities, alternatively disposable wipes. 13

The empty boxes will be transported into the hall after the carpets has been removed. The removal of the carpets will start immediately after the exhibition closes. The electricity supply will be disconnected 15 minutes after closing time on the final day. Water, drainage and compressed air will be disconnected immediately after closing time on the final day.
