ABOUT OFF THE FIELD

Off the Field NFL Wives Association (“OTF”) honors the leadership qualities of women in Super Bowl host cities who have made remarkable strides to improve the lives of women and children. We pay tribute to those who make a difference in their communities through the presentation of The Off The Field Woman of Impact Award and The Danielle Beverly Courage Award. OTF was established on February 16, 2006, in Washington, DC as a national non-pro t organization, after 6 years of successful fashion shows (and giving back to families through efforts with Habitat for Humanity). The organization is comprised solely of the wives and signi cant others of active and retired NFL players. OTF is a 501c(3) charitable organization that strives to be a resource to its members and their communities. The purpose of OTF is to have an alliance of women within a network who are fully committed to collectively affect change within themselves as well as their communities. Through our charitable efforts, OTF has donated over $1 million into the hands of service providers, including hospitals and organizations that support children and families.

EVENT INFORMATION FASHION SHOW This event was created to support local and national charities supported by the Off the Field NFL Wives Association, the of cial National Football League (NFL) Players’ Wives Association.

FEBRUARY 2024— LAS VEGAS, NV Striving to honor Off The Field's philanthropic mission, the purpose of the event is simple: • Create a unique football-related signature fundraising event to be held in honor of the Super Bowl • Honor and pay tribute to the leadership qualities of women in Super Bowl host cities who have made remarkable strides in improving the lives of women and children • Raise money in support of local host city charities • Develop enduring relationships and connections between Off the Field and the Super Bowl host cities

PRIMARY BENEFICIARY- THE BILETNIKOFF FOUNDATION The Biletnikoff Foundation’s mission is to commemorate Tracey Biletnikoff's life and her untimely death and to enable young people to realize their full potential through the support of community and education programs that effectively address the related problems of substance abuse, domestic violence, and human traf cking. The Biletnikoff Foundation was established in 2000 after Tracey Biletnikoff was brutally murdered by someone she knew. Tracey was actively raising funds for a teen residential facility. Tracey lived for 20 years, but her dream did not die with her. In 2000, the Foundation launched Tracey's Place of Hope, supported by the Women's Recovery Association in Burlingame, CA, a residential program for adolescent girls in crisis with mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence. The second Tracey's Place of Hope, supported by Koinonia Homes for Teens in Loomis, CA, was established in 2014 to manage ages 14 to 18—a residential program for adolescent girls in crisis with mental health, substance abuse, and human traf cking. Tracey's Place of Hope teaches teens the necessary skills to live independently; the average stay is 12 to 24 months. —This facility has clocked in over 2,000 hours of psychotherapy services and has served over 200 teens. The Biletnikoff Center of Hope, supported by Koinonia Homes for Teens in Loomis, CA, was established in 2023 as a counseling and activity center for teens and is an extension of Tracey’s Place of Hope. The Center helps turn tragedy into daily miracles with trauma-based psychotherapy services, gardening, yoga, bible studies, and fresh-air gathering spaces for healing.

In 2023, the Biletnikoff Foundation has been able to expand with the Healing Center in Nevada to help even more teens turn their lives around. The Healing Center will offer trauma-speci c treatment to sex traf cked victims with the goal of having them move along the continuum of healing from victim to survivor and then thriving in our community. Through this program, victims will receive treatment and services to address safety needs, gain a deeper understanding of the victimization they have experienced, improve self-esteem, develop and /or enhance motivation for change, improve life skills, and empower them to reach life goals. The Healing Center is the rst of its kind in the nation. This ten-acre facility will serve over 60 girls, ages 10 to 18, with a series of homes, an on-site school, a meeting space, a library, a computer lab, healing gardens, and a yoga and meditation room. Most of our teens come to Tracey's Place of Hope and the Biletnikoff Center of Hope with little vision for their future but ourish when given the opportunity. Page 7
