Fast English Muffin Pizzas (great for school lunches!) Ingredients 4 English muffins, split ½ cup canned pizza sauce 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 16 slices pepperoni sausage
Directions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the English muffin halves cut side up onto a baking sheet. Spoon some of the pizza sauce onto each one. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and browned on the edges. Recipe from allrecipes.com

axon Gless, the son of OEC Journeyman Meter Technician Kirk Gless and wife Sabrina, can be seen on the OU baseball field in a couple of years as a Sooner. "I am honored and excited to announce that I have committed to the University of Oklahoma to further my baseball and academic career," Jaxon said in an Instagram post announcing his decision. The decision is a long time coming for Jaxon, who has been an avid baseball player since he was 5 years old, playing all over the country. "We couldn't be more proud of the young man Jaxon has become," said Kirk. "He has worked very hard and shown that even a kid from Blanchard can make his dreams come true." www.okcoop.org
