WeCare Westcon cares. That is why our WeCare philosophy is the foundation of all HSE work in our company. This philosophy is based on four central pillars: Commitment – reflecting our dedication to our work, our co-workers, our customers and the environment. Attitude – reflecting our proactive approach of always thinking safety first, providing feedback, and ensuring an orderly and tidy workplace. Risk Evaluation - which entails risk evaluation of work tasks, through active use of our four-point checklist. Efficiency – which demands the use of appropriate equipment, and necessary expertise. WeCare is the HSE philosophy shared by all companies of the Westcon Group, and each year we establish new areas of special focus. The long-term goal of our HSE campaign, WeCare, is simply: zero injuries and zero mishaps at Westcon!
