This house is georgian style. it was popular to rich people. it had two or three stories, chimneys, and they are symetrical houses which means if it were to fold in half, the sides would match.

federal

These houses are federal style. they have chimneys and two to three stories. This house style was most popular from the 1785 to 1815.

greek revival

These houses are greek revival style. They were known for their columns on the front.

These houses are rectangular. They are uaually two or three stories tall. They have sloping roofs and overhanging eaves.

The victorian style was most popular during the reign of Queen victoria. These houses are very

tall and narrow. They have lots of stairs and detailing.

Colonial revival styles incoorporate lots of other styles. They have elaborate doors and columed porches.

This style has lots of horizontal lines and flat roofs. These houses are long and low. These houses have a very simple design

These craftsman homes have a comfty feel. They have open porches with over hanging beams and rafters. They are very simple houses.

ranch

these ranch style houses are one story houses. They have simple floor plans and not very much decoration on the exterior. They have finished basements but they’re wider than they are deep.

shed

Shed style houses obviously have sloped roofs. Thats what they’re names after because thats the roof of a shed. They usually have one to three stories.

A-frame

these houses have steeply slanted sides. Their name comes from their shape because the front looks like an A. A frame houses became popular post-World War 2.

geodesic

These houses are in the shaoe of a dome. Because of this they have thin, light walls. They are usuallyused as sports arenas and theatres.
