Georgian Style
Georgian style homes are square or rectangular and usally made of brick these homes are very symmetrical. They have grand entrances and often have arches colums and pediments
Federal Style
The federal style house is usally squared or rectangular and goes 2 or 3 stories high. Federal style homes are based off of government buildings. They have columns and lots of windows.
Greek Revival Style The greek revival style home has a symmetrical shape and columns and usually pretty cool entry way. These houses have chimenys placed far back and were made to look like greek temples.
Italianate Style The Italianate style homes are usally known for there sloped roofs and usually pretty tall. They have decorated brick and rounded windows.
Victorian Style
Victorian Style houses have towers and wide wrap around porches with decorative railings. The trim work include gingerbread cutouts and spindle work
Praire Style
Praire style houses usually tend to be more modern and usually have 2 stories. They use a lot of horizontal lines sloping roofs chimenys and more.
Craftsman Style
Craftsman style homes have big porchs and round columns and stone. These homes usally have a pretty low roof and are just a very typical looking house.
Ranch Style
Ranch style homes have a very casual open layout They are usually one floor and have pitched roofs and almost always have a garage attatched to them and windows.
Shed Style
Shed style houses are more of a modern style and they have many roofs that slope in differnt directions. With wood shingles or stone and large windows. They look very outdoors and rustic.
A-Frame Style An A-Frame style home has steep angled sides that begin at the top and go to the bottom These types of houses are not good for families and tend to be where you would find a lot of snow.
Geodesic Style A geodesic home is made out of an array of triangles and form a spere that is is full of triangular shapes. The dome roof and space inside is a really good structure for a lot of things.
