I chose the picture based off the fact that it shows these two colors well, and it’s a beautiful picture. The Pantone Fashion Color Report says that Spicy Mustard “Adds another splash of uplifting vibrancy.” It was “Unexpected and un-
usual” as well as zestier than previous seasons. This color would be perfect to wear in the upcoming fall season, along with Lush Meadow. Lush Meadow is considered “rich and elegant, vibrant and sophisticated” by Pantone. “This shade displays a brightness...and depth of color that elevates it from more natural greens.” This vibrant green will be a beautiful color worn by many in fall 2016. Pink.” It was another unexpected fall color. This shade of pink “turns fashion accents into fashion statements.” It was a great addition to the top 10 colors for fall 2016. Dusty Cedar is a “Dustier rose-toned Pink shade with some complexity.” It excludes warmth and welcome. Aurora red is hinted at in this story but does not have a huge part in the color scheme. The fall 2016 Teen Fashion market will have a very vibrant and colorful look due to these 3 colors. These colors will look terrific this fall!

The picture for this story is full of pinks and purples, which is why I named this story “Purple Skies”. The various shades of purples and pinks will be a great, and very bold look for fall 2016. Pantone says that bodacious is a “Bright, rich Purple, with hints of a more sophisticated Pink.” it is “Versatile; can be used with Pinks and Reds.” This color will bring so much attention to anyone wearing it. Bodacious “Lends itself to vibrant color combina-
tions” , therfore bodacious equals bold. Another color that is slightly hinted at in this photo is Riverside.
