We organ se sympos ums, sem nars, conferences, round tables n the f eld of culture as well as mus c compet t ons and fest vals n the country and abroad.
TRAINING COURSE OVERVIEW
Erasmus+ programme of the European Union provides numerous opportunities to support the realization of new innovative ideas and projects. Many organizations and youth workers are experiencing lack of understanding of the procedures of realizing international projects and lack of knowledge regarding Erasmus+ programme and non-formal education. In order to provide opportunities for young people to affect their society and tackle the important issues which are concerning all of us, there is a need for qualified youth workers, who can prepare and organize high quality projects in the scope of Erasmus+ programme. Mobility of Youth Workers YWL2027, which will gather 24 youth workers from 8 programme countries with the main aim of to develop both theoretical and practical competences in realization of high quality youth projects in the scope of the new Erasmus+ Programme for 2021-2027. More specific objectives of the project are:
• to provide participants with practical competences in project writing;
• to foster cooperation of NGOs at European level and provide a basis for future collaborations in Erasmus+ programme and its projects. However, participants of this project are not the only ones, who will have the chance to improve their skills regarding project management. Outcomes of the project will be shared with wide international audience, especially via online media channels including Salto Youth portal, which will enable us to have impact also on youth workers and youth organizations not directly involved in the project. The methods of the Mobility of Youth Workers will be based on nonformal education, peer learning, sharing of best practices, group work, practical exercises, presentations and workshops led by professionals in in the field of Erasmus+ and project management.

The Mobility of Youth Workers will equip the youth workers with necessary knowledge and skills, which they will be able to put into practice in their organizations.
• to better understand concept of non-formal education and to improve practical skills in facilitating non-formal activities;
• to improve youth worker s project management skills and to improve competences regarding all phases of project realization including project planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and follow up, report writing etc.

Participant Profile
·18+ years old without upper limit
·Have previous experience with international projects supported by Erasmus+ programme and who have interest to improve their competences in order to deliver better quality youth projects within the new programme;
·Who is in charge of writing project proposals for their organisations.
·Erasmus+ youth project facilitators, trainers and implementors.
CONTENT OF ACTIVITIES
The mobility event is going be 8 working days long and it will take place in Sanem, Luxembourg. The activities are based on the methods of non-formal education, which will include sessions, team-work, thematic workshops, digital creations led both by project organizers and groups of participants itself. During the mobility; Youth workers and their organizations will benefit mainly by their improved knowledge regarding Erasmus+ programme, non-formal education and they will gain new competences needed for writing project proposals and organizing international projects for young people of a high quality. As a result, the youth organizations will have improved chance to have their project proposals approved by the National Agencies of Erasmus+ programme, which will provide more opportunities for these young people to contribute to a better society by addressing different social issues with their peers from other European countries.

It offers a tra n ng room, k tchen, accommodat on n shared rooms, and a large garden and outdoor spaces w th d fferent soc al act v ty opt ons. Strong alcohols above %15 and all k nd of drug s proh b ted n the venue and n Erasmus+ program and cause for d squal f cat on from the program. Sleep ng rooms w ll be separated as male and female n shared dorm tor es. There are enough numbers of showers n common use. Due the current ssue w th Russ a, t s poss ble to exper ence gas cr se n w nter. Therefore the venue w ll be cold and t s very mportant to br ng WARM CLOTHES for part c pants n case of any gas cr se.

FINANCIALASPECT
Accommodation, catering, and educational activities are for free, covered by the program during the mobility. Participants are allowed to arrive 3 days earlier and leave 3 days later than mobility by covering their own costs outside the mobility dates.
Participants will be refunded for their travel expenses in the frame of Erasmus+ program rules. Flight tickets in economy class can be refunded only. The taxi and insurance is not an eligible cost.
Note: All digital and physical invoices, receipts, boarding passes, and tickets related to travel must be kept and sent or brought to the coordinators in order to be reimbursed.
