Global Volunteer Operations (2 openings) Project idea: The project aim is to provide all the people who want to use our GV product with all the necessary support and information during their application and realization processes. Also to make sure that exchange participants go through CF stages, starting from Applied status, smoothly.
MoSes:

01.09.2016-01.12.2016 Project functions: - EPs approving ( it’s up to team to create the framework they will work with EPs in order to achieve their project goal); ·- support and permanent check during EPs Realization; - Ensuring quality standards implementation from both sides ( each member will be responsible for standards checklist of his/her EPs); - EPs experience evaluation ( the format will be defined due to Completed dates and negotiated with VP).

Effective communication and meetings, Presentation skill; racking skills, Leadership upgrade, Deep understanding of EXPA, Planning and management skills · Networking
