*If you are able, please stand. A Cordial Welcome is extended to all who worship today at Olivet Moravian Church. If you are looking for a church home, we hope you will consider becoming a part of our church. If you would like to join our church, please call the church office at 924-8063. Before the service speak to the Lord; during the service let the Lord speak to you; and after the service speak to one another. Today we celebrate Holy Communion for John Hus Sunday. All who profess Christ as Lord and Saviour are invited to partake. The pastor and acolytes will distribute the wafer and juice to you in the pew and after all have been served, we will partake together. We thank Dr. Daniel Crews for bringing the message this morning. We look forward to having Rev. Bill McElveen with us next Sunday. We hope you experience God’s blessing in your time with us today and throughout this week. We also hope you will return and worship with us again. Chancel Flowers The flowers in the sanctuary are given to the glory of God and in loving memory of their mother, Kate Bailey by Pat Calhoun and Katherine Loafman.

July Newsletters Are Available Our July newsletters are available for those who pick up their newsletter at the church. They are in your mailboxes located across from the History Room. 2016 Moravian Daily Texts The Daily Texts is a devotional book the Moravian Church has published since 1731. If you would like to order one or more 2016 Daily Texts, please fill out an order form (located in the Narthex and at the Fellowship Hall entrance) then turn in with the offering or bring to the church office. You will pay for your Daily Texts when they arrive in the fall of this year. Orders are due by Wednesday, July 22nd. Lights Off & Doors Closed The Board of Trustees reminds everyone: if you are the last person to leave a room, please turn off lights (except motion sensor lights in bathrooms and basement) and close the door. Also, the doors between the sections of the building should remain closed as well. In case of a fire, having all interior doors closed when the building is unoccupied should greatly reduce its spread. And if you are the last to leave the building, please be sure all exterior doors are fully closed and locked.
