Chancel Flowers The flowers in the sanctuary are given to the glory of God and in honor of my wife, Marilyn and our 43rd anniversary on September 10th, by Bill Mankins.

Olivet Moravian Children’s Chorus and Shepherd’s Chorus The Olivet Moravian Children’s Chorus will begin rehearsals this Wednesday, September 9th. This group is for children entering the 2nd grade through the 5th grade. We will rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 6:15 PM – 6:45 PM. Shepherd’s Chorus rehearsals will resume this Wednesday, September 9th. Our rehearsals will take place on Wednesday nights from 6:45 PM until 7:30 PM. The Shepherds Chorus is for youth entering the 6th through 12th grades. Amy Goodrich will accompany these groups on the piano and I will direct them. You do not need choral singing experience to sing with either group. Please plan to join us and help us make a joyful noise to the Lord! John Golden Children and Youth Handbell Groups Our children and youth handbell groups will begin their practices this Wednesday, September 9th. At this time we’re looking to see who would like to play. The Moravian Star Ringers are for those in elementary school and middle school and their practice is at 5:30 PM. The Morning Star Ringers are for those in high school and their practice is at 7:30 PM. Each group is open to current and beginner bell ringers. If you have any questions or need more information, please contact the groups' director, Doug Rights, at 336.408-1614. Also, please let Doug know if you're planning to play. Adult Bible Study – Beginning This Wednesday Pastor Matthew will lead an Adult Bible Study on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM beginning this Wednesday in the Parlor. Our study will be Acts: Model for Today’s Church.
