1.0 WOmens Health re brand My Final major product proposal is : ‘A merge of Women’s Health and Elle magazine.’ Within this, I want to maintain most of the content of ‘Women’s Health’ magazine. However, incorporating the house style of Elle magazine (looking primarily at their September 2018 issue) and creating a more editorial, illustrated appearance. Maintaining the content which the readers love, however providing a fresh perspective, as the current house style has been in use for the past two years.
I will be looking to but a greater emphasis on imagery and illustration. Using new fonts and colour scheme. The style guide will maintain the same. However I also want to include more current affairs articles, such as News articles, and place a greater emphasis on the fashion editorial photoshoots.
Aims 1. Create an Issue which challenges Women’s Health traditional style. 2. Maintain engaged audience.
Objectives 1. Maintain the same standard of quality of articles. 2. Create exciting imagery and illustration. 3. Change the house style. 4. Innovation.
