Writing a fable: “The Kangaroo and the Koala” Once there lived a strong, huge and proud kangaroo that was called Cameron and lived by a lake. One day Cameron was jumping while he was eating leaves from a tree. He saw a koala that was called Koali eating from the same tree. Koali was wise and fast, but he was in danger because he had eaten all the leaves and left nothing for Cameron. So Koali urged “Please let me free. I will save your life one day!” Cameron was so hungry that he let Koali free. So Koali went trotting away. Suddenly, the koala heard a noise that sounded as someone asking for help. The koala was fast as a cheetah, so he went to where the sound was coming from and saw 12 hunters with guns aiming at his friend the kangaroo. So Koali started to bite the net where Cameron had fallen. The hunters went rushing to their houses because they were scared of Koali. Finally, Cameron murmured: “Why are you nice to me if I didn’t treat you in a nice way?” The koala replied “Because you will always be my friend, even if you treat me in a nasty way. We are all friends aren’t we?” Cameron stopped being proud of himself all the time, and he started to be nice with the animals of the forest. They lived happily ever after. Writing a fable: “The Shark and the Eel” One lovely day, by the sea, in Australia, there lived an elegant and dangerous shark. The shark didn´t have a very good relationship with the other animals at the sea, because he didn´t even share with his friends. One morning it saw an eel swimming alone by the coral reef. The eel was kind wise and weak. That afternoon the eel saw the shark following her. She was terrified of giant sharks! Still, the shark continued following her. Soon she urged: “Stop! “ “Mmm… I´m going to eat you!” murmured the shark. “Ah… that´s why I´m terrified of giant sharks! “whispered the eel shivering. “No please don´t eat me!” I will repay you one day “urged the eel. “Yes! I will eat you right now!” shouted the shark. However, he thought for a while, and remarked: “OH, just for this first time. I´ll let you go, but only for this time.” “Yes! Thanks,” replied the eel. Some years later… A hunter trapped the shark with his net. As soon as the eel saw that, and as the shark let her go,… she went to help the shark in trouble. After that, the hunter saw the eel crying, and without noticing, the hunter let go the net and went to see what was happening to the eel. And so, the shark was set free.

If you let me free I will help you when you are in serious trouble”, urged the beaver. “Ha! The one I used for the grasshopper or for the mouse? No, I can’t use those on the squirrel because they started the problem. I know, I should invent a new trick!” So the hungry owl flew away and thought of a new trick. When Ruby went back to her nest she had a horrible trick in mind. Suddenly the sly creature shouted “Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp! I have broken my arm and I need someone to put a bandage on it.” As soon as Maggie heard someone was hurt she replied “Don’t worry.
