Mango, Vanilla Bean Cream & Granola Desert Process
Ingredients
Mango Puree: Scoop flesh of mangoes into OmniBlend and blend on medium until smooth. Spoon into cup until 2/3 full and place in fridge while you make the cream.
Mango Puree: 3 Mangoes (for 6 people)
Vanilla Bean Cream: (Cream Option 1) Whip cream on low in OmniBlend till fluffy. Spoon into bowl and carefully stir through vanilla bean seeds with maple syrup. Cashew Cream: (Cream Option 2) Please soaked cashews into OmniBlend with enough water to cover nuts and blend on high until creamy consistency. Spoon into bowl and carefully stir through vanilla bean seeds with a dash of maple syrup.
Vanilla Bean Cream: 200ml pure cream 1 vanilla bean Dash of maple syrup Cashew Cream: 1 cup cashews soaked overnight Water (to cover nuts in blender) Home made or bought granola to sprinkle on top
Assembly: Take cups out of the fridge and carefully spoon cream into cup and finish with a good sprinkle of granola. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Lightly spiced creamy cold chai, did you know that chai spices are powerful digestive aids and anti inflammatory too? Sounds like dessert to me…
2 Cups OmniBlend Cashew or Almond Milk 1 Inch Fresh Ginger roughly chopped ½ tsp Cinnamon ½ tsp Fennel Seeds ½ tsp Grated Nutmeg ½ tsp Cardamon 1 Tray of frozen Tea (can be Black, Green or Rooibosch for a caffeine free option)

Strawberry Thickshake Process
Ingredients
This sugar and dairy free treat is bursting with fresh strawberry flavor and is a nutritional powerhouse.
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries 1 Frozen Banana 2 Cups OmniBlend Cashew Milk
Berries boost immunity, promote eye health and help fight cancer thanks to a phytochemical called ellagic acid. The OmniBlend is powerful enough to grind even the seeds of berries, producing further antioxidant protection. Experiment with other berries alone or combined. Its hard to get it wrong when it comes to berries! Combine ingredients in the OmniBlend and use the 35 second program.
