We had our barricades up but our office door remained open. We still went out and mindfully showed houses to buyers, organised maintenance for tenants and so much more. Due to adapting all of our processes, we experienced the complete opposite of a slump - we got busier! The pandemic brought the serious buyers to the market and rental properties were in the highest demand with vacancy rates as low as 0.49%.

END OF FINANCIAL YEAR Written by Wendy Thomsen | Trust Account Officer It’s tax time – and End of Financial Year is fast approaching! Have you made sure that you have arranged everything you need to pay for prior to EOFY? At One Realty Sales & Rentals, we will be conducting End of Financial Year processing on 1st July 2020, along with end of month processing for June. This year you will receive 2 statements. One will be for 1st July 2019 – 3rd February 2020 (when we changed to our new Trust Account). The second will be from 3rd February 2020 – 30th June 2020. As always, End of Financial Year statements will be attached in the same email (or paper statement) as your June 2020 statement.
