WI-FI ACCESS TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
Service will permanently attach to the device you use to sign up. Use of “anonymizer” privacy software or private routers could prevent proper authentication.
In Wi-Fi settings, make sure “Private Browsing” is turned off, which will enable the system to remember your device.
When the network says “Connected”, your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.) should automatically launch and take you to the login screen. If it does not, go to the non-SLL website (www.example.com) and you should be redirected.
Broadband speeds are best achieved using a newer model computer and with 802.11ac Wi-Fi devices that use 5 GHz channels. Older devices (802.11n) on 2.4 GHz channels may not achieve desired speeds.
