Guidelines for Happy Camping
• Quiet Hours: 11 pm to 8 am
• Check-In: RVs and Tents 4 pm. Cabins and Deluxe Cabins 4 pm
• Check-Out: Check-out time is 11 am for cabins, RVs and tents. No Late Check Outs are allowed.
• Speed Limit: 10 MPH throughout the campground. Please drive carefully. Be courteous by not cutting through sites. Damage to utilities and/or property could occur, which could cause offender to have damage charges.
• Children: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their children.
• Sites: Please keep your site clean and orderly at all times.
• Trash Receptacles are available to the east of the Ranger Station.
• Vehicles: Please no washing/working on any vehicle anywhere in the campground.
• Guests: Guests are welcome. Please be sure to register at the office upon arrival and pay the appropriate Day Use fee.
• Grey Water: Ground disposal of grey water is illegal in Monroe County. Please catch in receptacle and empty in our dump station. Sewer hoses must be connected with EZ Coupler or rubber ring.
• General: Clotheslines are not permitted. Laundry, shower, and restroom facilities are located in the park. Pleasure riding on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs or four-wheelers is not allowed in the campground. Do not move/remove rocks. One tent per tent site allowed. 50 AMP rigs are required to use 50 AMP sites. Park in the space assigned to you. Vehicles parked in adjacent or unassigned spaces will be towed at owner’s expense or charged for the site. One camper unit, 2 vehicles per site and 1 vehicle per Cabin.
• Pets: You must clean up after your pet. Quiet pets on leash no longer than 6 feet are welcome. Pets are not to be left unattended or tied outside. No pets are allowed in store, water areas, laundry/bathrooms, playgrounds, or cafe/pavilion area. Failure to comply with any of the listed rules could result in removal of pets from the campground.
Water Attractions
• All water attractions are open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• No lifeguard on duty in the pool located above the Ranger Station. Please DO NOT leave children unattended in pool. Children 16 and under MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
• No “horseplay,” jumping, diving or running. No climbing up slides.
• Proper pool attire only — no cutoffs or T-shirts.
• NO GLASS containers.
Management has the right to make, adjust, or change these rules as it deems fit to operate the campground in the best interests of all concerned. These rules will be enforced, and management has the right to evict anyone without refund for not obeying these guidelines and other posted campground rules.
By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I hereby consent and authorize Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Warrens (“Camp-Resort”) and anyone else it may authorize, to film, tape, photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality (“Publicity Items”), and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting and advertising Camp-Resort’s activities in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me. I further agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the Publicity Items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to Camp-Resort. Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking, swimming or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”). I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/ her behalf. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.a
