Only Gluten Free Recipes Guacamole With A Difference If you are looking for quick and easy appetizer that not only tastes delicious but is also healthy, this is for you, made with ripe avocados, fresh organic tomatoes, cilantro, aromatic garlic, lime, jalape単o and cumin. You can serve it with fresh veggies such as cucumber, carrots, celery, snow peas, red pepper or jicama or traditional gluten free corn chips.

3 ripe avocados, peel and remove seeds ½ bunch organic cilantro ½ tsp. organic GF ground cumin Sea salt to taste 3 ripe organic roma tomatoes, quartered Juice of one fresh lime or 2 tbsp. ½ jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced (optional)
Directions: • Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until chopped to very small pieces, do not over process • Chill and serve with gluten free corn chips or organic veggies Makes 1 large bowl
