Investors needed!

Tenho acompanhado com muito prazer vários projetos e empreendedores fantásticos, que a partir de Angola pretendem criar soluções, resolver problemas. O ecossistema angolano está de facto cada vez mais vibrante, a subir degraus a olhos vistos quando falamos de qualidade e profissionalismo dos empreendedores e dos seus projetos. Identifico claramente projetos e startups que podem, a partir de Angola, ter uma presença em qualquer parte do Mundo, mesmo com as dificuldades que muitas vezes nos deparamos, sobretudo a nível da estabilidade de uma internet forte e robusta. Porém, não sinto que o crescimento e acompanhamento, neste ecossistema, de business angels, se faça à mesma velocidade. Precisamos de juntar esforços para conseguir acompanhar estes empreendedores, estar ao seu lado no crescimento, na abertura de portas comerciais, no apoio à gestão e, naturalmente, com investimento financeiro. Temos que mudar a cultura de investimento ainda atual de “propriedade” para copropriedade, deixando aos empreendedores a liberdade para levarem os seus projetos para a frente, com a garra e genica que se espera dos mesmos. Vamos a isso? I have been following with great pleasure several projects and fantastic entrepreneurs, who from Angola intend to create solutions, solve problems. The Angolan ecosystem is in fact more and more vibrant, climbing steps visibly when we talk about the quality and professionalism of entrepreneurs and their projects. I clearly identify projects and startups that from Angola can have a presence in any part of the world, even with the difficulties we often face, especially in terms of the stability of a strong and robust internet. However, I don’t feel that the growth and follow-up, in this ecosystem, of business angels, happens at the same speed. We need to join efforts to be able to accompany these entrepreneurs, to be by their side in growth, opening commercial doors, supporting management and, naturally, with financial investment. We have to change the current investment culture from “ownership” to co-ownership, leaving entrepreneurs the freedom to take their projects forward, with the determination and generosity that is expected of them.
