RACE DAY SCHEDULE

(100K WILL RUN TO THE END OF THE TUNNEL UPON ARRIVAL)

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT HYDRATION Every runner must carry a bottle or hydration pack with a minimum capacity of 16oz hydration and 500 calories.
LIGHTING The tunnel is over 2 miles long and dank. Bring appropriate lighting to see all the critters and your feet.

CREW ALLOWED AT ALL LOCATIONS
CREW DIRECTIONS HYAK - IRON HORSE TRAIL, SNOQUALMIE PASS, WA 98068 CEDAR BLUFF - FROM SEATTLE, DRIVE EAST ON I-90 TO EXIT 32 FOR 436TH AVENUE SE. TURN RIGHT ONTO 436TH AVENUE SE, ALSO SIGNED AS CEDAR FALLS ROAD SE. PROCEED ABOUT FOUR MILES DOWN THE ROAD TO THE RATTLESNAKE LAKE PARKING LOT ON THE RIGHT.
PACERS PACERS ALLOWED TO JOIN AT MILE 55.6 (HYAK)

THE COURSE YETI TIP
SAVE SOME STEAM
The course will start at Hyak run thru the tunnel towards rattlesnake Lake and turn around at cedar falls aid station and head back up thru the tunnel to hyak ( this is a 2 bottle section. make sure youre equipped with enough hydration) and out towards lake kachess - the 100k runners will turn around at the this aid station. 100 Milers will continue on to cle elum. from hyak to cle elum is super fast and runnable. keep a little in the tank for your return trip from cle elum back to hyak to get your buckle.

DISQUALIFICATION IF someone is running with you along the course that doesn’t have a bib number on. You will be DQ’d. If someone in your family or friends is on a bike on the course during the race. You will be DQ’d. Our Permit agreements have strong language in regards to the above items. Please don’t break these rules and put the yeti race at risk.
