WHO WE ARE HM Group are a well-established family-owned full construction business founded in 2005. Starting off it's life as a small painting and decorating company, strategic growth plans and a very ambitious and dedicated team have taken us to where we are today with a turnover exceeding £10m per annum. HM Group is a building services contractor. Managed by its founders and fellow directors, all starting their careers as either surveyors, project managers or trades people with one common purpose – to grow the business based on quality and customer satisfaction. We focus on providing our clients a one stop shop with an exceptional outcome for all their construction outsourcing requirements. Our works are undertaken on both public and privately owned homes and buildings with projects varying in size from £500 up to £2million. Incorporating reactive and planned maintenance our team are experienced in working within occupied and void premises and liaising with vulnerable people as part of their day to roles. Maple View Medical Practice Internal flooring had damaged the ground floor of this medical practice based in the Midlands. This repair and refurbishment project was completed at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic adding complications with working procedures. Where possible we accommodated out of hours works and at all times kept updated with safe covid working procedures. Works included: � Redecoration of main reception & stairs area including minor carpentry & joinery � Electrical testing � Refurbishment & redecoration of 2 treatment rooms, 2 toilets and cleaning room � Ceramic floor tiling in main reception area � Vinyl acetate logo added to wall � Vinyl flooring laid across treatment rooms and toilets As an additional safety measure, we did a full Covid-19 fog of the building before handing back to the client on project completion.

Harnell Row (Coventry University) A full refurbishment and M&E update for a commercial office building based in Coventry. The project was for Coventry University's Future Works building which has been reconfigured to satisfy the requirements of educational users. Utilising the latest bespoke mechanical & electrical smart technology we remodelled and re-purposed a 4-storey modern building (circa 5 years old). The works included: • Internal & exterior glazing • Re-purposing of open plan spaces • Extensive decoration • Full M&E package including HVAC • Supply & fit of bespoke doors & frames with access control system • Work on bathrooms & connecting server risers • External works including block paving & industrial cleaning of outside areas Works were completed on time and within budget and the customer was very happy with the quality and finish.

The Future Works (Coventry University) A project on behalf of Coventry University to revitalise their existing lecture theatre. Based on the main Coventry University Campus in the Faculty of Engineering building this was a fast track project that required completion in preparation for students returning post Covid lockdown in the UK. Works included: � Stripping out of existing seating and acoustic panels � Making good and finishing of all painted surfaces � Installation of new seating � Refinish of communal lecterns � Floor covering replacement The lecture theatre was finished to an excellent specification with floor coverings replaced with anti-static, non-slip acoustic flooring. The building was fully steam cleaned on completion.

Calthorpe A local authority project to provide day-care and education facilities for intrinsically autistic children. The scope of the project was to completely dilapidate, reconfigure and construct a cutting-edge learning space and safe working environment for the SEN team The works included: � Smart electrical and mechanical installation removing the need for switches and thermostats creating an automatically controlled environment � Custom made and site constructed robust fixed furniture and storage facility � Bespoke soft play area using soft pore and purpose-built play equipment � Supply and fit of children friendly hand wash basins for the school to adhere with Covid guidelines � Fit new water feeds and waste pipework to the new WHB’s along with flooring and splash-backs This will be the benchmark across several schools within Birmingham CC.
