ISAFF OPEN CINEMA is an international competition of fiction, animation, documentary and experimental short movies. It is annually held in August and lasts for a week. The beach of the Peter-and-Paul’s fortress is a showcase for the festival’s open air part. All of the professional screenings are set in the city’s main venues.
