HISTORY OF THE FOUR HUNDRED The history of The Four Hundred stems from one of the most prestigious social events once held in January in New York which dates back to the 1900's. The Astor family was known to be the wealthiest and most powerful families within this decade who loved to live to the full. Caroline Astor decided to host a party to which only the elite may be invited and soon became known as the highest society gathering of its era. The grand evening became the place to be seen and you were an outsider if you were not included. The Astor family owned a magnificent home which the ballroom could accommodate four hundred guests so she called upon Mr Ward McAllister, a well known socialite to reduce the exclusive invites to four hundred. This is the core of our event which ensures only the privileged will receive an invite. There is a very strict invite process to ensure our guests will only socialise on an equal basis. History made; "THE FOUR HUNDRED" became a clichĂŠ denoting social exclusivity!!
DESCRIPTION The Four Hundred is to be held September 2017 with a number one position within the borough of Chelsea. Our mission is to astound our guests with incredible shows plus offering all kinds of one off limited edition pieces. Very highly trained multi lingual staff will accommodate their every need and also help exhibitors with communication if needed. All this within a purpose built secure structure with armed marines to give the ultimate secured environment. Attention to detail is critical so let’s walk through the show. The invite will only be offered to clients who have passed a strict due diligence process no matter which exhibitor has proposed. We as a company will complete our own DD on every client to ensure their status warrants their presence. The invite is quite complicated, first process is to send a client stage one invite, an incredible piece of artwork in its self. Once received by the client will have to respond to allow us to produce a tailor-made invite to include any special requirements. The exclusive member invite will include an encrypted data card which they use later to hand over their contact details if they are interested in your product or services, thus making a clean fast connection. Also included is a full performance program for the centre stage performances and event map. On arrival the clients will drive though a tented tunnel to give full protection against the paparazzi. In reception they are to be greeted by a member of staff whom has been specifically selected based on information received. No waiting time to enter as invite data card swiped, clients then can walk the show and be entertained by world famous talented artists on the stage. This attention to detail is carried though out the show to ensure your old and new clients have a wonderful experience. We do have a charity auction so keeping the clients in a great mood is vital. All clients’ personal staff will be catered for including parking security. THIS IS THE VENUE FOR ALL THE EXHIBITORS AND ARTISTS TO SHINE!
EVENT DESCRIPTION Due to the exclusivity of the event security is of the utmost importance, a high level 24 hour internal and external CCTV operating system will assist our round the clock armed guard. Strict photo and data exhibitors pass will also ensure the safety of our clients and products. Total media coverage is blocked out until the event has closed. The custom built temporary structure will have a centre stage complete with catwalk and revolving platform. A huge bank of screens will enhance all the visual effects from behind. The stage will be available for a multitude of exhibitors to showcase their products or services. We aim to always keep the clients entertained with all kinds of stage performances including opera singers, dancers, auctions, fashion shows and live bands. The structure will have an elegant feel with hanging chandeliers and full air-conditioning. There will be the world’s greatest food on offer and exclusive tables including celebrity hosts which will support our charity (booking and charges apply). Luxury WC facilities, prayer room, Security office, reception office, integrated data reading system, backup generators, St John’s ambulance and fire protection. The staff working for The Four Hundred will be hand selected from all major nationalities to assist with translations. There will be full staff facilities for all members of staff including exhibitor staff and client staff. All other services will be on full alert and an emergency helipad has been requested

Dear Friends, Thank you for taking the time to show interest in our event. The Event has grown out of my continuous disappointment from other events which I have attended over the many years. I have been invited to every major event over the globe and the issue is that most of these events only cover one idea or one product with the pure aim on selling. My vision is to organise an exclusive event where the client is entertained and extremely fascinated with new exclusive products. Your invite them to show your appreciation for their business and to solidify the relationship. The reason for the exhibitor selection process is so we can excite the client rather than just another walk around the high st. We need our clients be telling the story over dinner what a wonderful day out they have had to other friends who maybe were not fortunate enough to make the special client invite list. As explained you cannot purchase your way into this event, an exhibitor or we as the event hosts must invite. Our due diligence is very strict no matter who invites, all guests will be checked. The event will be the place to be seen with the client feeling honoured to be invited. On our database we already have known billionaires enquiring and we haven't even started the invite process to date. Rumours are circulating and no one wants to be left out in the cold.
