What do you see in your crystal ball for hospitality businesses this next year? What’s tragic is the amount of small businesses that will not survive. The ones that do will be stronger for it, by the adaptive skills they have had to acquire. And the excitement we can all look forward to are new start ups to visit. Going forward it will be a great time to venture into this industry and reach for a dream. We are all in this together.

The movement to no-proof spirits and cocktails has been one of my favorite beverage trends in years. Craft beverages for all! I see two things: (1) a lot of hard work and (2) a massive amount of payoff for those who stick it out and adapt. I think this is going to be true for every hospitality position, from bussers to owner.
