Oro Valley Water Utility customers who want to keep a close eye on their water consumption now have a new and improved tool at their fingertips. WaterSmart is a free, online service to effectively manage water use and lower monthly water bills. To register, log in to orovalley.watersmart.com with your Oro Valley Water Utility account number. You’ll then be able to view and set your water use, set bill forecast notifications as well as opt-in for text, email and phone alerts. For questions or assistance, please call the Oro Valley Water Utility customer service line at 520-229-5000.

A message from Water Utility Director Peter Abraham You may have seen recent news headlines about other jurisdictions finding contaminants in their water supply; however, the Oro Valley Water Utility is proud to report that we have tested and verified that none of these contaminants have been detected in our water system or our sources of water supply. We remain committed to ensuring the protection of public health and safety through the production and efficient delivery of water that meets and/or exceeds water quality standards.
