According to a 2016 Business Insider article, being outdoors improves short-term memory, restores mental energy and reduces stress. It is also a great way to build physical strength and endurance.

ARCHERY MEMBERSHIPS Visit Oro Valley’s Archery Range located at Naranja Park, 810 W. Naranja Drive. The Range is open sunrise or 6:00 a.m. (whichever is later) to sunset. Archers must bring their own equipment. There are 28 targets, including a fixed range and two walking courses. The range is open to all ages and skill levels.
