TINA PARKHILL
OWNER, PARKHILL’S SOUTH LIQUORS AND WINE
Tina Parkhill, a dedicated entrepreneur and community leader, is the owner of Parkhill's South Liquors and Wine. After graduating from OSU in 1993, Tina launched her career at Ernest and Julio Gallo winery. After two decades of success in sales and management, Tina returned to her passion for the liquor business, opening Parkhill's South Liquors and Wine in 2011.
Along with her business and family commitments, Tina remains deeply involved in giving back and has woven that commitment into the culture at Parkhill's South. She is involved in multiple roles with the Tulsa Regional Chamber, serves on the Board of Directors for Family and Children's Services and plays an active role in the OSU Alumni Association.

Ashlyn Fiegener
Ashlyn Fiegener, assistant professor in the College of Education and Human Sciences, is the recipient of the 2023 OSU-Tulsa President’s Outstanding Teaching Award. The recipient of the teaching award is based on student nominations and feedback.
Fiegener has left a huge impact on her students since coming to OSU’s educational leadership graduate program in 2020. Her work developing the next generation of school leaders involves teaching courses in educational organization, supervision of instruction and the principalship, as well as serving as a mentor.
Fiegener is part of the Brock Institute of Education Innovation, and works closely with Project ECHO, serving on the hub teams for TeleNGAGE, which gives Oklahoma families tools to engage with schools and help improve student outcomes, and TeleLEAD, which works with school leaders. She also co-leads a mentoring program for novice teachers in Oklahoma.
Amanda Morris, Regents Professor and George Kaiser Family Foundation Chair in the College of Arts and Sciences is the recipient of the 2023 OSU-Tulsa President’s Outstanding Research Award.
Since joining the OSU family in 2006, Morris has made impressive strides in the field of developmental psychology and has published over 150 papers in her career. Her research focuses on understanding social and emotional development in children and has been recognized locally and internationally.
Morris is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Research on Adolescence, the editor of three books on childhood development and the coauthor of the book Adverse and Protective Childhood Experiences.
As part of her work with OSU-CHS, she studies brain development at the Hardesty Center for Clinical Research. She is currently working on the National Institute of Health’s Neuroscience for the HEALthy Brain and Child Development study, where she provides principles for guiding the selection of early childhood neurodevelopmental risk and resilience measures.

The 2024 OSU-Tulsa President’s Outstanding Faculty Award winners will serve as Grand Marshals in OSU-Tulsa’s Spring 2025 commencement ceremony.
OSU-Tulsa President’s Outstanding Teaching Award 2024 recipient
The recipient of the 2024 OSU-Tulsa President’s Outstanding Teaching Award is Mallory Casebolt, associate professor in the OSU School of Educational Foundations, Leadership and Aviation. The recipient of this award is based on student feedback.
In her decade at OSU, Casebolt has become OSU-Tulsa’s aviation and space program coordinator and Hardesty Endowed Chair in Aviation Sciences. She has been instrumental in implementing hybrid classes in the aerospace administration and operations program, leading to increased enrollment and offering a more flexible option for working students.
Throughout her career at OSU, Casebolt has been admired by students, with an overall instructor evaluation score of 4.7 out of 5 across her nearly 100 courses taught.
Student feedback from the past academic year includes, “Dr. Casebolt is amazing. She is one of the biggest assets the OSU-Tulsa campus has,” and “this class has been instrumental in changing my approach and focus on day-to-day airline operations. I have been inspired to observe not only the behavior and choices of others, but my own as well.”
Casebolt’s peers describe her as an exceptional faculty member with a strong work ethic, superb communication skills and a heart for serving others.
OSU-Tulsa President’s Outstanding Research Award 2024 recipient
The recipient of the 2024 OSU-Tulsa President’s Outstanding Research Award is Raj Singh, Regents Professor in the OSU School of Materials Science and Engineering.
After joining OSU in 2012, Singh led the creation of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, housed at OSU-Tulsa’s Helmerich Research Center.
Singh’s ability to invent new materials and their novel processing methods has led to outstanding contributions to the field of Materials Science and Engineering. His inventions have been used in the development of many products such as ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) for more efficient aircraft engines, more powerful sodiumsulfur batteries utilized for energy storage systems, and novel electrolyte retainers and self-repairing glasses for molten carbonate and solid oxide fuel cells.
He has been recognized for his engineering leadership, pioneering inventions and numerous professional awards, including his election to the rank of American Association for the Advancement of Science Fellow and recent induction as fellow of the National Academy of Inventors, each of which are highly prestigious professional distinctions awarded for significant scientific accomplishments.
