Teri and her team take pride in making every real estate experience a pleasant and profitable one. The Teri Arbogast Team is ranked a top team in the Keller Williams office, and given their client-first approach and old-fashioned work ethic, it’s no wonder. Teri had $39 million in sales in 2021 and is looking to sell even more in 2022. She was a Platinum award winner for sales in 2021. Fellow realtors selected Teri as a member of the prestigious Master Broker’s Forum, a group consisting of the top-performing agents in Broward County. We sat down with Teri to learn more about what makes her so successful.
Do you specialize in any particular market?
My team and I help our clients buy and sell homes throughout Broward County. We do, however, specialize in single family and luxury properities in Cooper City and Davie.
Describe your team.
Our team has been together for more than ten years. Our success is based on the golden rule: we treat
others the way we wish to be treated, and that philosophy has served us well. Our clients can always count on us to do our best. We listen, return calls promptly, and work diligently from start to finish to help clients realize their goals. We have completed hundreds of sales in Broward County and are familiar with many subdivisions, along with the amenities that Broward County has to offer its residents. We excel at finding buyers for our own listings. We bring the buyers for almost 40% of our listed homes.
What types of people do you work with?
We serve all types of clients. I love working with all kinds of people, from first-time home buyers to high-end luxury home sellers. About 50% of my businesscomes from past clients and referrals. The other 50% comes from my aggressive marketing campaigns, using the Internet, magazines, postcard mailings, and more.
It sounds like you do quite a bit of business. What is your team’s annual sales?
Our sales volume last year was $39 million. I prefer to keep my business large enough to maximize premier and exclusive marketing, yet small enough for me to give each client my best personal service. I, personally, engage with every client, from the kitchen table to the closing table.

I believe in educating my clients and maintaining an open line of communication. My team and I are very accessible to buyers and willing to spend time answering their questions. All of my clients receive a monthly newsletter and emails to keep them informed of the latest real estate news.

We promote our listings in many ways. We use drones for photography, send postcards, advertise in magazines, as well as on local and national websites. We only use professional photographers. We are a Premier Zillow agent for most of the Davie & Cooper City zip codes.
