ith the school year coming to a close, families everywhere are shifting focus from homework and afterschool activities to summertime fun. The Our City Media family is undergoing a transition of its own. We are proud to introduce Terry Jaillet, who has joined us as co-publisher and the new owner. This is an exciting new era for Our City Media. Terry brings a great deal of enthusiasm and energy to our magazines. In the coming months you may start to notice a few changes, but rest assured you will continue to get the local community news you count on delivered to your door each month and we will still work closely with local businesses to help them reach their valued customers, our faithful readers. As you depart on your summer vacations, please don’t forget to take along your favorite ‘Our City’ magazine to catch up on what’s going on at home. Be sure to take some pictures holding the magazine cover and send them to us for our Photo of the Month contest. We love to see where our magazines will travel this season.

Ready for Spring? Asthma Season is Approaching Asthma affects 22 million Americans. Anyone can develop asthma, and it may occur at any age. However, people with a family history of asthma are at Frank Eidelman, MD increased risk, as well as individuals with allergies. With spring bringing allergy season, those afflicted with asthma may suffer increased symptoms, including; chest tightness, difficulty breathing, frequent coughing, shortness of breath and wheezing. According to Frank Eidelman, MD, Cleveland Clinic Florida allergy and immunologist, “Not every person with asthma experiences symptoms in the same way, and you may have different symptoms at different times.” Asthma is a problem in the airways. “Inflammation is the main cause for the
airways of a person with asthma to become very sensitive, and as a result react to “triggers.” Contact with these triggers brings on asthma symptoms,” states Dr. Eidelman. An important part of asthma control is avoiding common triggers, such as; viral infections, allergens (dust mites, pollens, pets, mold spores, etc.), tobacco smoke, air pollution and changes in weather. Asthma can be controlled, but not cured. Having frequent symptoms or difficulty completing tasks is not normal, and Dr. Eidelman urges “good asthma control will stop these symptoms and end visits to the emergency room.” In addition to avoiding triggers, properly using medication prescribed by your doctor is critical for good asthma control. There are two main types of asthma medications; anti-inflammatories, which should be taken on a regular basis, as they reduce swelling and mucus production in the airways and

bronchodilators, which should be taken on an as-needed basis, as they relax the muscle bands that tighten around the airways, which improves breathing. Based on the severity of your asthma, an action plan will be developed by your physician. This plan will include use of asthma medications (with a number one goal of reducing inflammation), actions to take when asthma worsens, and when to seek emergency care. By learning to manage your asthma, you take an important step toward living free of symptoms and maintaining a normal, healthy life.

he City of Miramar has launched a public information campaign, Miramar Stormwater Matters! It will provide the community with key facts on decisions that directly correlate with the City’s growth, funding and preparedness as it relates to storm water. The Miramar Stormwater Matters! Campaign is full of ways that Miramar students, residents and businesses alike can learn about their City through something as relative as a storm drain. Miramar science teachers will receive lesson planning tools and students will be have the opportunity to participate in a poster arts contest to express what they have learned. Residents can look for informative videos and updates on their City Comcast Cable TV Channel (78) and favorite social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Plans also include getting information out to Miramar businesses and contractors that keep the City viable. “The future of the City is in its kids,” stated Chief of Marketing and Public Relations, Natasha Hampton, who added, ”Because sustainability is important, beginning with Miramar students makes sense.” The Miramar Stormwater Matters! Campaign will also hit the streets when the City transforms its vehicles into “mobile mascots” of the campaign with vehicles bearing the campaign emblem and pledge. “It takes a lot to keep a fledging City working and the mobile mascots help bring light to the very vehicles utilized in this important work each day. This campaign speaks to the City’s desire to inform and engage its public on the impact of their tax dollars,” said Thomas Good, Director of Public Works. The Public Works Department provides a variety of services directed toward the repair and maintenance of municipal equipment, properties, and infrastructure. The repair and maintenance functions include street maintenance, street lighting, building maintenance services, vehicle and equipment maintenance, landscaping services and transit operations. Historian and Political Commentator Dr. Robert Watson Will Visit Miramar Library This Month BY JILL SHARPE
D
r. Robert Watson, Professor of American Studies at Lynn University and acclaimed author, will discuss his new book, “The Nazi Titanic: The Incredible Untold Story of a Doomed Ship in World War II” on June 22nd at the Miramar Library. Robert Watson has published 35 books on history and politics, five works of fiction, and hundreds of scholarly journal articles, book chapters, and reference essays. He has been interviewed thousands of times by media outlets around the country and world, including CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, USA Today, The New York Times, NPR and the BBC, and has appeared on Hardball with Chris Matthews, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, C-SPAN, Book TV, The Washington Journal, Voice of America, and the debut program for American History TV, to name a few. His latest book is based
on declassified government documents and tells the story of the last major tragedy of the Holocaust and WWII. The event is both bizarre and unknown, and is the world’s worst instance of friendly fire, the worlds’ worst maritime disaster, and the story of an intriguing Nazi ship built to be their version of the Titanic. Miramar Branch Librarian Amy Hauptman said she is thrilled to have such an interesting and engaging author coming to the Miramar library to share his new book. “I have seen Dr. Watson talk on numerous occasions and I always enjoy his speaking engagements, Hauptman said. “I get so caught up in them that the time just flies by.” Come out and meet Dr. Watson on Wednesday, June 22nd from 6pm to 7:30pm at the Miramar Branch Library located at 2050 Civic Center Place, Miramar, Florida. Free admission to the public. Copies of the book will be available for purchase. For more information call 954.357.8180.
African Children’s Choir Wowed The Crowd at the Miramar Cultural Center BY JILL SHARPE
O
n April 15th, the internationally acclaimed, Grammy nominated, African Children’s Choir, sponsored by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, graced the Miramar Cultural Center stage for a show stopping, unforgettable performance. The African Children’s Choir event included spiritual songs and traditional dance, incorporating traditional African instruments, including the African Drum. Their moving rendition of “Amazing Grace” in English and in their native language of Uganda followed by “He’s Got the Whole World In His Hands” melted the hearts of the audience. Special guests in attendance included Mayor Wayne
Messam, Commissioner Yvette Colbourne and Commissioner Maxwell Chambers. The African Children’s Choir is a nonprofit humanitarian and relief organization dedicated to serving Africa’s most vulnerable children today so they can help Africa tomorrow. In addition to the contributions from their tours around the world, bringing the choir to the Miramar Cultural Center further contributed to the charitable programs of the African Children’s Choir, which include building and maintaining homes for children, supplying food and providing an education. “We anticipated the audience would be inspired by the spiritual voices of the African Children’s Choir and moved by their perseverance, and they exceeded all expectation with their ethereal sounds, rhythmic movements and unwavering strength,” said Stephen Kantrowitz, Director of Cultural Affairs for the City of Miramar. “We look forward to presenting shows with tremendous impact like this one that stir the emotion of our audiences, in our upcoming season.” Tickets for all concerts and shows at the Miramar Cultural Center/ ArtsPark are available by calling 954-602-4500 or may be purchased online at www.miramarculturalcenter.org or in person at the Miramar Cultural Center Box Office, 2400 Civic Center Place, Miramar, FL 33025.

Residents Make Healthy Strides at Mayor’s Annual 3K Run and Health Fair Community News
BY JILL SHARPE
M
ore than 700 people enjoyed a fun-filled family day of activities at Miramar City Hall on April 9th when Mayor Wayne Messam hosted the city’s annual 3K Run and Health Fair along with Memorial Hospital Miramar, Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital and 24-Hour Fitness. Families with children, seniors and individuals all took part in the run/walk. As runners crossed the finish line, volunteers were waiting to present them with medallions recognizing their achievements. “Mayor Messam said Miramar families and visitors invested in their wellness by not only walking and running the 3K but also actively participated in the many fitness demonstrations and health screenings provided by our sponsors. “When our residents are healthy, our city is healthy,” said Messam. Physical activities took place on the plaza, while vendors and health screenings were located in the Cultural Center banquet hall. Health professionals administered free blood pressure screenings, smoking cessation, cholesterol screenings, osteoporosis risk assessments/ women’s imaging and provided information on MHS Home Health and family birthplace options. There was lots to do for the kids too, including rock climbing, face-painting, football, soccer, a Teddy Bear Clinic and more. The Mayor’s next Run-Walk takes place in February 2017. Miramar Resident Performs in “Heathers: The Musical” at the Broward Center BY JILL SHARPE
M
iramar resident Ben Sandomir, who has performed in many local productions including several with Slow Burn Theater Company at the Broward Center, and others throughout Florida, New York City and Texas, takes the stage again this month in the final production of Slow Burn’s acclaimed inaugural season at the Broward Center. Sandomir will play the roles of Mr. Sweeey, Big Bud Dean, and Coach Ripper in the hilarious, heartfelt and homicidal Heathers: The Musical, from Thursday June 9th - Sunday, June 26th. Performances are Thursday-Sunday at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday at 2 p.m. Slow Burn Theater co-founder Patrick Fitzwater directs and choreographs this laugh-out-loud comedy that takes an unflinching look at the joys and anguish of high school. Abby Perkins stars as the brainy, beautiful teenage misfit who hustles her way into the most powerful and ruthless clique in high school. Before she can get comfortable on the top of the popularity food chain, her status is threatened when she falls in love with the dangerously sexy new boy in school, played by Bruno Faria. Sandomir’s three roles have some things in common as all are macho men but the task of playing three different characters

in one production and making the audience truly believe they are three different people is a challenge that the actor truly relish’s. “Creating separate and distinct characters is a blast for me,” Sandomir said. “I’m always searching for inspiration on how a character should walk or talk or what excites them.” This is not the first time Sandomir has been tasked with playing several roles in one production. “I had an opportunity to play multiple roles for Slow Burn’s production of “Dogfight” in which I played a lounge singer, a tattoo artist, a sergeant, a waiter and a veteran. Sandomir, who also performed earlier this year in Slow Burn’s production of “Big Fish” said he loves performing with Slow Burn because they put out such quality work. “These guys, including Fitzwater and his creative team, work so hard and they expect their actors to do the same,” said Sandomir. The team includes musical director Manny Schvartzman, scenic designer Sean McClelland, lighting designer Becky Montero, costume designer Rick Pena and sound designer Richard Szczublewsk. In addition to Sandomir, Perkins and Fario, Heather’s talented cast of local actors includes Christina Flores, Justen Fox Hall, Sunny Gay, Leah Greene, James Giordano, Shelley Keelor, Meagan Nagy, Sahid Pabon, Natalia Patino, Domenic Servidio, Leah Sessa, Stephanie Trull and Corey Vega. Tickets are $45 and can be purchased online at BrowardCenter. org or Ticketmaster.com; by phone at 954-462-0222; in person at Ticketmaster outlets or the Broward Center’s AutoNation Box Office.

Young Entrepreneur Creates a Better Way to Cut Cake SECTION can do kid HEAD
BY JILL SHARPE
M
arc Dominique, a junior at Somerset Academy Central in Miramar, is proving to everyone he meets that he has what it takes to be a successful businessman. Dominique, who just recently completed the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA) program, through the Miramar Pembroke Pines Chamber of Commerce, has already conceived an idea for a product, wrote a business plan and secured investors. His product, called “The Piece Make” is a cake cutter that can cut a slice of cake in one motion. The cutter was conceived to cut uniform slices and can be adjusted to cut in different sizes. Dominique said the Piece Make will be able to cut both sheet and round cakes. “The mission of the Piece Maker is to provide a better, easier, time-saving method to cut cake,” said Dominique. “According to my market research 20,273,000 people worldwide celebrate their birthdays every year and almost everyone celebrates with cake. As this number may only increase due to the population of the planet, the growth potential for this product is great.” The Piece Maker is not Dominique’s first
business idea. When he was in middle school he sold candy to students at his school for a price higher than he purchased it for. The business was a success. He would purchase a box of candy for $10 and then sell the box late for $40. In addition to his building businesses, Dominique is a leader at school. He is Vice President of the class of 2018, is a member of the National Honor Society, leads the saxophone section in the high school music program and is often the guide and leader on the defensive line for his school’s soccer team. In addition, Dominique has already logged almost 150 community service hours. Local business owners, who recently heard Dominique’s business pitch for the Piece Maker gave him $200 which he is using to pay off the engineering drawings for The Piece Maker prototype. “I plan to begin selling the Piece Maker in July, which so happens to be the month when most babies are born,” said Dominique. For more information about the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, please call 585-272-3535.

This was a platform for America’s mayors to share their “Big Ideas” that are driving economic resilience within their communities and it was an honor to represent our great City. The mission statement for the National League of Cities (NLC) states that they “are dedicated to helping city leaders build better communities. Working in partnership with the 49 state municipal leagues, NLC serves as a resource to and an advocate for the more than 19,000 cities, villages and towns it represents.” If you would like to view a portion of the video conference, log on to the city’s website at www.miramarfl.gov and go to my personal page and you will see a link to the video. he local housing market finds itself a bit finicky, as buyers are becoming more discerning and patient. In most cases, homebuyers are less willing to pay more than the fair market value for a property and are extremely cautious in giving in to seller demands. Don’t get me wrong, homes are still selling and prices are still on the rise, albeit at a more moderate pace. As we approach the usually robust summer buying season and beyond, buyers are apt to ask for closing costs and other concessions, while sellers are more likely to find themselves reducing prices or having their listed property expire. Sellers still have the strong belief and think that we are still in the market of 2010 to 2014. What they don’t understand is that more than fifty percent of all listed properties on the Multiple Listing Service experience at least one price reduction prior to selling. Statics from the fourth quarter of 2015 show that 43.5% of all properties listed failed to sell (this statistic includes expired, cancelled and/or withdrawn). Another recent trend worth noting is that owner occupant buyers are favoring homes that are close to “move-in” condition, with little or no repairs necessary. Recently, I’ve witnessed buyers asking and actually adjusting their offer price in line with the necessary upgrades that they believe are necessary in properties that are in somewhat dated in their condition. When homes are in the condition that they get labeled as “Fixer-uppers,” initial offers from investors/buyers leave owners with a feeling of insult to say the least.
Not valid with any other offers or specials. Must present coupon when ordering. Expires 6/30/2016
The market has without a doubt, shifted from the robust seller’s market extending a few years back. Why has the market shifted? For one, the strong U.S. dollar affects the purchasing power of foreign nationals, making South Florida’s real estate a lot more expensive. Added to this are the global economic concerns, especially in Latin America where most of the buyer pools originated from within the past couple of years. The fact that this is also an election year could well be a reason for buyer hesitation; as we await the new administration’s effect on some of the important aspects that drive our housing market, for example, the mortgage rate. Don’t get me wrong, the market is still good. We are entering a phase that most of us haven’t seen in the past fifteen years. No need to worry. In my opinion, there is close to a zero percent chance of us reliving a market meltdown. The fact remains that the majority of today’s buyers are more poised to sit and wait for the prices settle in their search for the perfect home. Historically, prices usually tend to lag behind sales trends by about 8-12 months, so expect to see the real effects by the spring of 2017. Hopefully by this time, most home sellers will completely understand the market has indeed shifted! Most Common Mistakes by Homeowners Attempting to Obtain a Loan Modification By Omar J. Arcia, Esq. Foreclosure Defense and Bankruptcy Protection Attorney
A
s a result of various nationwide class actions and lawsuits filed against mortgage companies by private individuals and government agencies, lenders have become more receptive and willing to assist homeowners in modifying their loans. However, lenders have also become more demanding of certain documentation to support loan modification requests. These are the most common mistakes homeowners make when processing a loan modification on their own.
Provide Too Much Information
Most Homeowners believe that the more information they provide to their lender about their finances, the more likely their loan modification will be approved. Just the opposite is true. Most lenders are looking for specific information regarding a homeowner’s income and expenses, specific reasons to support a financial hardship for a loan modification, and they require a specific order and timeframe to submit the required documents. Overwhelming your lender with the same unnecessary documents time and time again will only place your file farther back in line for consideration. The Arcia Law Firm has represented homeowners that have been trying to modify their home loan on their own for years, and within just a few months after retaining the Firm and submitting the appropriate documents, a loan modification is achieved. Last year, the Arcia Law Firm successfully modified over 130 loans, and so far we have modified more than 120 loans this year.
Refusing to Seek Legal Assistance
We have counseled hundreds of clients in mortgage related cases through the years, and the most significant mistake that homeowners make is to wait until the last minute to hire a knowledgeable and experienced attorney. Many homeowners think that they can easily defend themselves in a foreclosure proceeding, process their own loan modification, and save their home. However, some of the legal defenses to a foreclosure are highly technical and require specialized knowledge. The attorneys representing banks and the judges overseeing in these cases are interested in obtaining a final judgment of foreclosure, sale of the property at a public auction and closing the case. In more simple terms, this means you are out of your home before you can finish your loan modification. The key to prevent this end result is for every homeowner either in foreclosure or at risk of foreclosure, to stop playing “Russian Roulette” with their family home, and immediately hire a highly qualified law firm. The attorneys at the Arcia Law Firm are privileged to successfully represent dozens of homeowners in our community. We have foreclosure defense, loan modification and bankruptcy departments. You can view videos and testimonials of our satisfied clients at our website under “Success Stories.” Detailed explanations of different options available to homeowners are also discussed in a new DVD developed by the Arcia Law Firm entitled “Fight For Your Home.” If you mention that you heard about the DVD through this magazine, you will receive a complimentary copy during your free consultation to discuss your case in detail. If you are struggling to make your monthly mortgage payments, if you are in the middle of a frustrating loan modification process, or if you just received foreclosure papers, contact the Arcia Law Firm today at 954-437-9066 to schedule a free personal consultation with Omar Arcia, or visit www.arcialawfirm.com to schedule your appointment online.

he majority of Americans are aware of the dangers of Ultraviolet (UV) rays to your skin, (including sunburn and skin cancer) and the importance of applying UV blocking sunscreen and using other forms of sun protection when spending time in the sun. But how many are aware that ultraviolet rays and other harmful types of radiation from the sun are also a risk to your eyes? If you are thinking of leaving the house without proper eye protection, think about this: Extended exposure to harmful UV rays has been seen to be a cause of eye damage.
www.mirvision.net
UV Eye Damage
Exposure to large quantities of ultraviolet radiation over a short amount of time can cause a ‘’sunburn of the eye’’, which results in pain, blurred vision or even temporary blindness. Long-term ultraviolet exposure can result in more serious eye diseases such as cataracts, macular degeneration, and others, all of which can cause vision loss. Just like the real sun, tanning beds pose a serious risk of overexposure to UV.

To shield your eyes from harmful UV rays, sunglasses should block 100 percent of UV light. Look for sunglasses labeled ‘’UV 400’’, which indicates that they block all light rays with wavelengths up to 400 nanometers (which includes both UVA and UVB rays, both known to enter the atmosphere). You also want to choose sunglasses with full eye coverage. Sunglasses with side protection can block dangerous UV rays from coming in through the rear of the sunglasses. You don’t have to empty your pockets to have proper UV defense, but it’s essential to be certain the sunglasses give full UV defense. Many lessexclusive brands do offer proper UV coverage. Further, as well as keeping your eyes protected from the sun’s harmful rays, trendy sunglasses are at the height of fashion. Pick up a pair (or two) and let the sun shine down!

LEGALLY SPEAKING
Do you have a thoughtful and comprehensive estate plan which includes:
Celebrity Estate Planning Blunders BY BRUCE IDEN, ESQUIRE
T
his month, we take a trip down memory lane to highlight a few “celebrity estate planning blunders.” While you may not immediately relate to these specific celebrity situations, there are lessons that apply to current estate planning choices. The legendary actress Marilyn Monroe is making more money than ever although she died over 50 years ago! Marilyn’s will left most of her estate to her beloved acting coach Lee Strasberg, who died in 1982, leaving his interest to his third wife Anna. Anna Strasberg hired a company to license Monroe’s products, and auctioned off many belongings, including the dress she wore to JFK’s birthday celebration for more than $1 million. Although she received millions of dollars from Marilyn’s estate, the two had never met. Marilyn’s plan should have provided for alternate beneficiaries if her chosen one did not survive. Joe Robbie, first owner of the Miami Dolphins, built a stadium with $115 million of private funds. Robbie died just three years later, having created an estate plan laying out his intentions for his business, wife and nine children. In Robbie’s plan, ownership of his enterprises would remain in his trust, providing his wife with an income for the rest of her life. His trust named three of his nine children as successor trustees, which surprised and infuriated Robbie’s wife and the other six siblings. Siblings filed suit against siblings. Mrs. Robbie demanded her lawful 30% share of his estate as a bargaining tactic to maximize leverage to expand the appointed trustees. Unfortunately, Mrs. Robbie died before she could withdraw the 30% demand, which precipitated a mandatory appraisal of all estate assets necessitating the liquidation of assets to pay the 30% share. Her unexpected death added to the demand for cash to pay estate taxes due nine months following her death. Because of a lack of liquidity, the team and stadium had to be sold to pay approximately $47 million in estate taxes. Had Joe Robbie explained his intentions and business succession plan to his family there would likely have been a different outcome and less chance of a family feud. We first met Sonny Bono as part of Sonny and Cher. Singer, songwriter, restauranteur, producer, former mayor of Palm Springs, U.S. congressman, husband, and father, Bono never got around to creating a will. When he died in a skiing accident at age 62, his estate was valued at approximately $1.7 million but also contained royalty rights and residuals from his music career. His wife, Mary Bono, spent years in court battling to be named executor of his estate and have control of his music rights. Adding to the drama, Cher, his former wife, sued the estate for $1.6 million for unpaid alimony, child support and attorney’s fees from their 1974 divorce. Another twist was the claim by a 35-year-old man that he was Bono’s son. Bono’s failure to plan left an unexpected legal and financial mess for his family. Estate planning is a deliberate, premeditated act of love. Life can change in an instant. What are you waiting for? Bruce Iden earned his J.D. from George Washington University National Law Center and his L.L.M. in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. He has been practicing in the area of estate planning and probate and trust administration for over 30 years. For more information, or to schedule a complimentary estate-planning consultation with Mr. Iden, please contact Iden Law Offices at (954)885-0085.
“Sugar: a Not-So-Sweet Fairytale” BY JOSE M. SOLER-BAILLO M.D. BOARD CERTIFIED SURGEON
Ask the expert
A
merica is constantly obsessing over the new “fad diet” to get in shape fast. As a plastic surgeon, I see this daily with people wanting to quickly improve the way they look. A diet trend nowadays is cutting out carbohydrates and fats and increasing fruits, but what if these diets are missing evils hidden behind sweet and innocent seeming exteriors? I’m talking about sugar, and I’m not just talking about the high-fructose corn syrup we adamantly stay away from. So what is sugar? There are multiple kinds of sugar. Glucose, or blood sugar, is the simple sugar that provides most living organisms with energy, found in carbohydrates. Glucose does not have a sweet taste. Fructose, on the other hand, is what gives all different types of sugar their sweet flavor. Fructose is naturally found in fruits, and is also added to sodas and fruit-flavored drinks. Sucrose is commonly known as table sugar, or refined sugar, and is made up of 50% glucose and 50% fructose. You would think high-fructose corn syrup, a chemical alternative with a bad reputation, would be wildly different from these natural sugars, right? Actually, high-fructose corn syrup is a combination of 45% glucose and 55% fructose—not so different from the 50/50 split found in naturally produced sucrose. So why is it so much worse for you than these natural sugars found in fruit? The answer is, it isn’t. All kinds of sugar can be bad for you; let me explain why. Let’s look at the way the body handles glucose vs. fructose. Glucose is rapidly absorbed in the digestive tract and used for immediate energy. Excess glucose is eventually stored as fat. Fructose, on the other hand, is sent directly to the liver to be stored as fat. In liquid form, fructose actually hits the liver fastest, which is why drinking any kind of fruit juice, store bought or even your own homemade blend, is bad for you. So how do our bodies moderate these levels of sugar to keep them under control? Let me tell you the story of a King and his Princess. Insulin is King when it comes to keeping Princess sugar in check. Insulin is directly responsible for the conversion and storage of excess calories to fat. King insulin sends all his insulin troops out into the body to bring Princess sugar back into his control. Unfortunately, the body cannot keep up with King insulin and his siege, leaving princess Sugar to grow wild and restless, and possibly elope with the evil Duke of Type II Diabetes. This wicked couple, if not kept in check, can guarantee a very dark future for this kingdom. What a scandal. We live in a society driven towards enjoying the moment without worrying about the future. The effects of sugar can take months or years to become an obvious problem. Since nothing apparently serious happens to our bodies immediately after eating a piece of fruit or drinking a regular soda, we assume nothing bad is happening, and continue on without changing our habits. But now we know the truth about princess Sugar and King insulin. It’s never too late to make a change; your future self will thank you.
