Tell us about Beachside Residences. Beachside Residences is a truly unique, state of the art property in Hollywood. Each of our residences will be designed by the Italian design firm Minotti and delivered with flooring, cabinets, countertops and appliances that are top-of-the-line. The decor will include the finest Italian finishes.
Are you offering incentives for potential buyers to act now?
In addition to being steps away from the beach, residents will enjoy a number of amenities, including a private, heated swimming pool and a fitness center. The first two levels of the building will house our parking garage. One and two bedroom units will be assigned one space while three and four bedroom units will be assigned two spaces. And, of course, the views will be spectacular.
Yes! In fact, this is essentially a no-risk opportunity to get in at pre-construction prices. There is a $25,000 reservation deposit that is 100% refundable until we begin construction this summer. Once we go to contact, our deposit structure will be as follows: 25% due at signing, 10% due when the slab of the building is poured and 5% due when the roof is completed. The remaining balance will be due at closing.
