Brenda Dunlevy
YOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER
We are excited to welcome Brenda Dunlevy to our team! Linda spent two weeks training Brenda to fill the role of our new Community Association Manager. Brenda is a Florida licensed Community Association Manager, a licensed Florida Notary and a certified Hotel General Manager. She pursued her degree in Business Management and Education at the University of Southern Maine, where she grew up. After twenty-five years in the hotel industry throughout New England, Florida, and the Caribbean, Brenda and her husband Jay (AKA Mr. Wonderful), discovered the beautiful Treasure Coast and have made it their “forever home” along with their 5-year-old “puppy” Parson Terrier named Obi.
Brenda has held the roles of Property Manager for a luxury condominium complex, CAM for a luxury community, and most recently as a Condominium Association Manager, all on the Treasure Coast. Her leadership roles have produced several accolades and awards in quality assurance and brand standards, budget and financial controls, and associate mentoring and motivation. As hobbies, Brenda enjoys the local beaches, cooking, gardening, photography, and playing her guitar. Brenda states, “We are so lucky to live here on the Treasure Coast, we are never leaving!”

Meet Shayna & Lexie

From the scenic deserts of Santan Valley, Arizona, to the sunsoaked streets of Esplanade at Tradition, Shayna and Lexie have embarked on a journey as extraordinary as their bond. These inseparable sisters - Shayna, a stunning black and silver schnauzer, and Lexie, a charming liver and tan schnauzer - have captivated the hearts of their neighbors with their playful energy and intelligence.
Born to AKC-certified parents, Queen Ruby and Sir Flash, Shayna (born March 27, 2020) and Lexie (born April 14, 2021) come from a lineage as impressive as their personalities. Their owner discovered the breeder on the American Kennel Club’s site, ensuring these sisters inherited not only beauty, but also top-tier qualities of their breed. Despite their age difference, Shayna and Lexie share an unbreakable bond. They play, learn, and grow together, constantly impressing their family with their intelligence and charm. Whether lounging at home or out on an adventure, these two prove that sisterhood is a forever kind of love.
Shayna and Lexie share more than just a family tree; they also share a passion for adventure. This was evident during their 2,200-mile road trip from Arizona to Florida in August. Whether gazing out the window or curling up for a quick nap, the duo embraced every mile, proving that home is wherever they travel together. Since settling into their new home at Esplanade, Shayna and Lexie have adapted beautifully to the vibrant community. They enjoy exploring the neighborhood, meeting new friends, and have brought joy to every corner they visit. Their love for car rides continues. Look out for Shayna and Lexie around the neighborhood - they’re always up for a friendly wag and a quick hello.

In December, Esplanade at Tradition hosted its first public pickleball tournament! Our Esplanade Members have officially joined the ranks as the Treasure Coast’s newest pickleball tournament players. Competing in a completely new format with and against experienced players took great courage, and our Members rose to the occasion. Special congratulations to Paul, Soiree, Debbie, and Dan for earning the Bronze in Division 12, and to Larry Goldberg for securing the Silver in Division 14—the tournament’s largest division!
