LOCKED PROFILE

comes into contact with the main housing releasing the Co2.

Spring applies pressure outwards keeping Co2 from escaping. Silicone seals keep the mechanism airtight.

ABS VALVE CAP Protects valve bumper and encloses bicycle valve when pumping. Accommodates Shrader and Presta valve types

SILICONE VALVE BUMPER Provides cushioning and protects valve and pump when in use.

SILICONE SEAL Allows for a snug and secure fit of the valve cap to the slider.

PUMP MECHANISM

SILICONE SEAL x3 Prevent Co2 from escaping when not in use.

LOCKING PIN Locking pin inserted to keep tension on spring and prevent slider from coming apart.

REVOLVED OPENING Revolved extrusion allowing Co2 to pass through despite .25mm holes not being in line.

Co2 CANISTER PIN Pokes small hole in the top of the Co2 canister when screwed in.


PUMP MECHANISM

LOCKING PIN - Die cut steel. One the valve slider has been slotted through the main mechanism, the locking pin is put in place to ensure the spring retains tension and the slider doesn’t come out of it’s housing.

MECHANICAL HOUSING CLIP ON DETAIL. Built in extrusions in the metal housing allows notches in the top cap to easily clip on during product assembly. No glues used during the product’s assembly, reducing environmental impact.

USABILITY Once the Co2 canister is firmly in place, inflation can be made by placing the pump nozzle around the tyre valve and pushing downwards.

Unlike large mechanical hand pumps that need frame mounts, the AEOLUS Co2 can fit comfortably in your saddle bag or in your backpack when riding.

The top cap is easily screwed off from the main canister housing to reveal the Co2 Canister.

The packaging in held together by a single industrial (oversized) staple. The lack of glue further increasing the packaging’s recyclability.

AEOLUS’ cardboard packaging folds out. To remove AEOLUS simply unscrew the top housing and simply pull out. Reattach before usage.

AEOLUS COUNTER STAND Small tabletop counter stand clearly displays the AEOLUS Pump and all available colours.

SLIDE OUT CARDBOARD PANEL Allows the vendor to change the decal of the stand to suit alternate KNOG products such as the FROG Strobe the yet-to-be-released Strongman Locks.
