GENERAL MANAGER Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a great holiday season, filled with family and friends! It was great to see so many of you at Santa Brunch this year, thank you for all who attended. As we head in to January and February, I am reminded that in 2015, the course fully opened just 86 days into the new year! Although this time of year is a bit quieter at the club, the team here is already planning for the 2016 season, while also putting together some off season events over the next few months that you will enjoy. Clara Louise! For those who may not know, our Director of Member Engagement and Events, Alison Molony, welcomed her first child in November, Clara Louise Molony! Mom and baby are both happy and healthy, and enjoying time at home. Alison will be coming back to Oxbow part time in January, and back full time in February. We are so happy for Alison and her family! Winter Activities Here at Oxbow Now that the holiday party season is over, we are busy coming up with and planning events for the rest of the off-season for you. The pond has been shoveled and flooded, and the lights and hockey nets are on the ice. The hills by number one have plenty of snow for sledding. Come out and take advantage of this great amenity! Among the many events coming this winter, we will be having our annual beer dinner in February, as well as our sledding and skating party and brunch. Please ensure to read your newsletters, emails and Clubster notifications to stay up to date on all upcoming events.
Huge changes in 2016! All season I have been updating you on our progress on the golf course and clubhouse projects. We currently plan to begin playing the new nine holes in September of 2016. New golf course construction for 2015 wrapped up in the second week of November, and will resume again in April of 2016. All golf holes, tees, and greens are shaped and seeded. Left for next year is tree planting, touch ups based on how the course comes TOM KEPPEL through the winter, and grow in. We believe that opening the holes in September will CONTROLLER ACCOUNTING@OXBOWCC.COM; EXT. 10 give the new holes plenty of time over the summer for grow in, and ensure that the course is mature enough for play. The September opening all depends on how the winter weather decides to act, and we are hoping for plenty of snow cover. I will continue JOHN DAHL, PGA to update you on our progress throughout 2016. The clubhouse is around 30% complete at this point. Hopefully many of you have had the chance to drive by and see the exterior progress. I have attached a couple of updated renderings for you to see how amazing your new clubhouse is going to be! We anticipate moving in to the new clubhouse in October of next year. More details and exact dates to come later in the year. Thank you for your continue support and patronage at your club! As I look back at 2015 at Oxbow, I can’t help but think of all of the fun I have had getting to know the membership! I personally appreciate the support of so many of you who have helped me learn and grow in my first year here. We are poised for a big year here at Oxbow, and the team and I are truly excited to begin what is going to be an amazing year at YOUR club! Sedi 2

News from the Fairway
David Wood
With the recent colder temperatures we have opened the skating rink on the pond by the clubhouse. The lights will be working from 5:00 till 10:00 pm every evening. Plus, there is enough snow for sledding on the hill just east of the clubhouse by one silver tee box. Please come down and enjoy some outside activities. Just a reminder, please do not drive golf carts, snowmobiles or AVTs on the course during the winter. We have seen turf damage done in the past from the compacted snow freezing and turning to ice. If you see any activity on the existing golf course or the new course please let us know.
