LEARNING AT OXFAM

2017 CATALOG

DEAR OXFAM FAMILY, Welcome to Oxfam’s FY17 Learning Catalog! Wherever you work and whatever you do to deliver on Oxfam’s mission, we hope this global Learning Catalog provides you with the learning opportunities and experiences you need. As we enter the next stage of Oxfam integration, it is abundantly clear that a new Oxfam requires new skills, knowledge and attitudes. Our challenge is to unlearn old ways of working, while at the same time trying out new ways. This type of learning requires more than just a threeday course. Within the Learning Catalog you will find many different ways to support your personal and professional growth and development. More and more learning is taking place virtually, globally, and delivered at your moment of need. Therefore, Oxfam is doubling our focus on online course offerings and on-demand learning. We have invested in the design of a Global Learning Management System (LMS) called Learning at Oxfam, to provide you with more interactive, accessible learning opportunities. I would like to personally invite you to take advantage of all that Learning at Oxfam has to offer. I also welcome any comments or questions you may have, so feel free to contact me directly at bridget.snell@oxfam. org. With kind regards, Bridget Leigh Snell Head of the Learning and Organizational Development Global Shared Service
