In 1922, a real estate company in New York bought the world’s first radio commercials.

Three weeks later they had made $27 thousand in sales — not bad for a $200 investment. Only 19 years later Bulova paid as much as $9 for the world’s first televised advertisement. While only four thousand televisions could have shown the brief ad which preceded a Dodgers game, Bulova’s sales skyrocketed instantly.

When a new opportunity to advertise arises, its earliest adopters tend to succeed best. That is why Digital Screen Group is poised to deliver so much. The company’s founders Mike Stevens and Scott Holgate, career real estate and advertising men respectively, didn’t see the rise of hand sanitizer stations as some modern inconvenience.

They saw it as a new, exciting, and exceedingly effective opportunity to get companies’ messages in front of prospective customers.

“We see Digital Screen Group’s attentiongrabbing hand sanitizer kiosks complementing virtually any kind of public space,” said Scott.

“Apartment communities, hotels, offices, churches and industrial spaces can display their own messages and announcements. “We have two different types of clients. The first orders our kiosks for their own internal use. Our second type of client utilizes their new kiosks and allows us to place ads to provide passive revenue from advertisers that we source.

“Our kiosks’ digital displays are completely customizable. Depending on where they’re located, they let us reach relevant target audiences.”

For example, if they are placed in a residential environment, we’d seek ads from local restaurants, bars, fitness clubs, auto dealerships, etc. If in a commercial space, we may look for ads from insurance companies, national chains and tenants within the space.
