PRELIMINARY
CLIENT PROFILE Marriott is an international hospitality company whose objective is to serve an experience for their guests. With varying locations of over the world, the office headquarters will be located in Atlanta, GA. In need of collaboration, meeting, and individual working spaces, the client is proposing to build a second level to the existing space. This will accomodate the workstations, as well as lounge and ancillary space. The main level will supply the employees with a casual, interactive break room, and various collaboration zones. Incorporating life and color throughout the space is important to express their company’s brand and provide an enjoyable space for employees to work.

CONCEPT Conceptuality for this project is to deliver the Marriott branding throughout the workplace. As a hospitality driven company, this project will represent the industry of comfort and a guest tailored experience. Incorporating mixed textures and comfortable seating will inspire the employees of Marriott and potential clients to understand the brand. Application of color and natural light makes the space feel more casual and fun. Biophilia is focused throughout the space to incorporate life and color.

In selecting the finishes, incorporating fun colors and patterns kept the space feel fresh and comfortable. Lounge selections from BluDot and Coalesse created a cohesive look throughout. Workstations and systems furniture were selected from Steelcase.
