The Culinary Corner: Buffalos
Chef Alejandro and Chef Ingrid were both excited to be a part of the restaurant opening process as they have not had the experience of opening a restaurant with such high expectations as Buffalos. Alejandro had the opportunity to be with Buffalos every step of the way. He put his whole heart into constructing the menu and now enjoys seeing Members get to enjoy the menu as well. He is dedicated to serving the best quality food, from the ingredients that they use to the assembly of the plate. Buffalos staff are appreciative to have such a wonderful Chef in their kitchen.
