Grasping the intangible difference
SORONA® Collection A revolutionary product- SORONA©, shifts from oil-based materials to bio-based. The polymer is made of renewable plant-based ingredients, that reduce the consumption of energy and gas emissions compared to Nylon 6 and Nylon 6.6.
TPA (terephthalic acid) is added to the Bio-PDO, creating a molecular bond.
The process begins by harvesting crops
Sugar, or glucose, is extracted from the crops.
Microorganisms are added to the glucose to begin a fermentation process (similar to the production of alcohol).
Fermentation replaces chemical synthesis, producing PDO (1,3-Propanediol) in a natural way.
The result-Sorona® a revolutionary, high-performance polymer.

Biodegradable Polyester collection The bio-degradable polyester fabrics are made by adding the organic additives into the recycled polyester fibre, while in the anaerobic condition the destruction of the material happens directly through the consumption by microbes. The timeline of biodegradability, bio-degradable fabrics take nearly 3-4 years; compares to virgin synthetic fabrics take 450 years.

Perfecting sturdiness Resilience Durability Recycled polyester collection The recycled polyester - stretch woven are from both postconsumer (waste bottles) and pre-consumer (fabric scraps). Recycled polyester, also known as rPET, is obtained by chip and melting down post-consumer plastic bottles, and respinning it into the new polyester fibre. Another resource of rPET can be from pre-consumer input materials, which is recycled cutting scraps. Nomatter from which resource, the recycled polyester resists stretch and wrinkles, does not shrink, and is easy to wash, dry, and use. Its durability and weather resistance make it well suited for outdoor or high-stress use.
