Fitch Learning CISI Capital Markets Programme Qualification Success Story As part of our commitment to supporting our employees' career development, we offer students who are selected for the programme an opportunity to earn a professional qualification through the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). The CISI is the UK's largest professional body for those working in securities, investment, wealth and financial planning.

We have been offering this programme since 2013 and have had success with over 50% of our students passing the exam first time, compared with a pass rate of 34% across the industry. One of our recent students, James Horan, has shared his experience of studying for the CISI qualification.

James joined us after graduating from Bristol University with a degree in Economics in Summer 2016. He is currently on our Capital Markets Programme in Investment Banking and will be moving into a full-time position as an Analyst in Global Markets following completion of his two-year rotation.

We asked James what was his favourite part about studying for the CISI qualification: "The support that Fitch Learning and Nomura provide is great.
