While Park Tudor offers a rigorous college-preparatory program and innovative teaching at every level, we are most proud of our educators’ commitment to know your children deeply and their demonstrated ability to help students fulfill their potential. We believe in achievement and excellence, but also understand that every child develops in unique ways and that they need mentors, advisors and support in this process. Your Future. • 98% of Park Tudor students attend one of their top three colleges of choice. • Students average the highest SAT scores in the state. • 98% of young alumni assert they were extremely well-prepared for college. • 96% of graduates of the Classes of 2008-2012 matriculated to colleges and universities classified as Very, Highly or Most Competitive in admission (Barron’s Profiles of American Colleges, 29th edition). Another 1-2% entered specialized art schools or conservatories. • 99-member Class of 2012 offered more than $10 million in college merit scholarships.

• In 2011-12, 99% of the senior class and 87% of the junior class enrolled in at least one AP class, with seniors averaging 5.1 AP courses. • 86% of students taking Advanced Placement exams in 2012 earned a score of 3 or higher, making them eligible for college credit. 60% earned scores of 4 or 5. • 11 National AP Scholars and two State Scholars in Indiana in 2012. • 45 National Merit Finalists from 2008-2012. • 12 Presidential Scholar Candidates, 4 Semifinalists and 3 Presidential Scholars in the past five years.

Unique Opportunities to Grow. • Park Tudor is one of only nine schools in the United States invited to participate each year in the International Model UN Conference in The Hague, Netherlands. • Park Tudor’s Upper School art and literary magazine, “The Artisan,” has won numerous national awards.

• Each year Park Tudor’s Dynamic Web Development class builds a website for an Indianapolis non-profit organization. Building Strong Values.


Where Character Matters. • Park Tudor offers age-appropriate character education focused on developing high standards of ethical behavior, personal responsibility and global citizenship.

• Service-based learning program at every grade level, with Lower, Middle and Upper School students completing thousands of hours of community service for local and international efforts.

• Beginning in Junior Kindergarten with sharing of chores and recycling, students learn responsibility to community.

• Park Tudor is the only school in the city to sponsor a student-run Habitat for Humanity home build.

• Lower School students focus on respect, responsibility and resourcefulness and participate in monthly community-service projects, including working in a local food pantry and a partnership with Indiana School for the Blind.

• Middle School students explore values of community, integrity and leadership with grade-specific themes in weekly advisories and activities, exploring the importance of compassion, empathy, honesty, humility and diligence.

• Strong advisory program for Middle and Upper School provides opportunities to explore values and character in small groups of 9-10 students with a faculty advisor.

• Upper School CAFÉ Club (Cultural Awareness for Everyone) sponsors multicultural events and student workshops.
