How your Parsley Box meals are made We all have those moments when we don’t feel like cooking, don’t have all the ingredients or simply don’t have the time. Parsley Box meals are the perfect solution, whether for lunch or dinner. Our chefs do all the hard work for you! This is how.
Freshly Prepared All our meals are prepared in UK kitchens using high quality, carefully selected ingredients.
Sealed-in goodness The meals are portioned into our recyclable trays and sealed. They are then cooked using a steam heating process similar to home pressure cooking but on a larger scale. Both the airtight seal and the high temperature pressure-cooking method ensure the aromas and flavours of our ingredients are locked in, retaining all the taste. After cooking the air-tight seal keeps the food from spoiling and allows our meals to be safely stored in the cupboard for up to six months (provided the seal stays intact). Meals in our ‘Chef’s Table by Parsley Box’ premium chilled range are similarly prepared and packaged, using different cooking times and temperatures. This means they can be stored in your fridge for around 21 days or in your freezer for up to 28 days*
Delivered directly to your door Our meals are then delivered to our warehouse and your order is carefully packed into our recyclable boxes, ready to be collected by our courier partners and delivered to your door within 2-3 working days.*

Parsley Box started as a family-run company, which I founded with my husband Gordon, when we couldn’t find a tasty and reliable meal delivery service for Gordon’s Mum, Anne. We decided to build the company we wanted to see one that delivers high quality meals and offers variety, choice, convenience and a personal, friendly service. And so Parsley Box was born! A lot has changed since we had the idea and our company continues to grow.
