EVERYONE’S WAREHOUSE 47 THAMES ROAD, BARKING, IG11 0HQ This is a call out to all residents of Barking & Dagenham who want to see things done a little differently.
MAKE IT FESTIVAL SATURDAY 13 AUGUST 11.00am - 5.00pm
Whether it’s the food we eat, the clothes we wear or the waste we produce, this is an opportunity to rethink the way the world works, to take a closer look at the things we have, and to re-imagine them in new and exciting ways. This day will be a celebration of learning and connecting at Everyone’s Warehouse with a wide range of activities and workshops. Come along to discover inspiring ways to turn waste into a valuable resource. Try your hand at ceramics or screen printing. Bring along broken items, be it a toaster or a chair or a favourite jumper, and work together to breathe new life into it. There will be cooking opportunities along with a chance to share food with others at the Open Table Feast so feel free to bring a sweet or savoury dish. Explore all the activities planned for the day using the timetable and map included in this leaflet. Make your way to the webpage using the QR code on this page to read more about all the different sessions to get involved with.
